Went there for sunset hour on a Monday so it wasn't busy at all. I thought the bad reviews were trolls, but yes, they did take time serving the food. When I followed up, it was because the chef wasn't in yet. It would have been better if the server informed us beforehand. Good thing I wasn't "hangry" yet.
