McDonald's — Restaurant in Naga

It was once a good mcdo outlet in naga city, but recently they are failing in some services they offer. They are late sometimes in drive thrus, the air-conditioning is bad, there are no tissue napkins, there was no soda cups and they add too much ice on softdrinks. I believe they can be good again or better than this. Nevertheless, I will visit again mcdo chains even this one. Keep it up. Satisfied as always....

One bad experience is enough for me not to like you.

One evening with a hungry stomach, got deals in mcdo app and all available, order completed and ready to pay cashless because I got not enough cash. And all of a sudden pay pin error something tried other kiosk but no cashless available. Hungry, disappointed, and annoyed. What an evening!!!

Tried all Mcdo Naga branches and this is the worst...

Counter service is slow.. so much for fast food service... not a placeto go for quick.meal.. ample parking space good location. Staff not so friendly, guard is good.
