Tugawe Cove Café in Peninsula Street is a cozy and charming spot that perfectly blends coffee, books, and a nostalgic ambiance. The place feels like an old Filipino house, with antique doors and rattan lamps hanging from the ceiling, giving it a warm and homey atmosphere—perfect for slow mornings or quiet afternoons. One of the highlights for me was their collection of books, which adds a thoughtful and creative touch to the space. We tried their Pili Coffee, both hot and iced, and it was delicious—rich, nutty, and uniquely Bicolano. Though I have to say, the serving size was a bit small, leaving us wanting more. A plus point: if you prefer your coffee sugar-free, you can request it, and the barista can make it using Equal. For food, I had the Shrimp and Chorizo Pasta, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were well-balanced, the shrimp was fresh, and the chorizo added a nice smoky, savory kick. Overall, Tugawe Cove Café is a great place to unwind, enjoy good coffee, and get lost in a book. Would definitely come back!

Good food, as far as what we've ordered. I just have to say that the lasagna was too sweet. I know Filipinos like sweet food but lasagna is still an Italian savory dish at its core, not a dessert. I hope the chef re-examines the recipe they're using. Otherwise, the rest of what we ate were okay. Staff are very accommodating. The ambiance is warm and comforting...but can be too quiet. Understandable, since we're surrounded by a library-type of visual experience. But quite daunting to have an easy, relaxed conversation while worrying if we're disturbing the peace.

Previously located at Robinsons Place Naga, this cafe found its new home at Peninsula St, Brgy Tinago, Naga City. Menu from the mother resort in Caramoan was obviously brought ashore here in Naga. You can pick from an array of choices: rice meals, pasta, coffee and juices to satisfy your cravings. Must tries are: Bagnet with rice, Boneless Daing na Bangus, Buttered Chicken and their Porkchop. Their Kimchi is also unforgettable! It is conveniently located just upstairs of Savage Mind Bookstore and adjacent to Kamarin Art Gallery.

The café is located on Peninsula Street, near the Padro Madrigal Clinic and just a short distance from Panganiban Drive. While the location can be challenging to find unless you're familiar with the area, it is worth the effort. Upon entering, you'll find a cozy setup with a variety of seating options: three tables for four, three tables for two, and five tables for three. This makes it a suitable spot for couples, families, and even solo diners.

The ambiance is inviting, with shelves of books and tasteful decor that enhance the dining experience. Each seat is equipped with power outlets for charging devices, and the free WiFi is a convenient touch. The air-conditioning adds to the comfort, providing a reprieve from the heat.

The menu is another highlight, with standout items like the green tea latte and the Tugawe maruya, both offering delightful flavors and textures. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and approachable, ensuring a pleasant visit. For those who prefer fresh air or more privacy, outdoor seating is also available.

While the prices may feel a bit high for those on a limited budget, the overall experience—including the relaxing atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service—makes...

Aside from sharing the space with a number of studying students and noticeable dust on the items used to dress the venue, books, shelves, etc overall, it's a nice place. Staff are generally polite until they see my Filipina wife and then address all questions and conversation to her instead of the foreign man with the order and bank card. Orders take a little while to arrive. But it's good wholesome and well cooked food that's well priced. This place doesn't pretend to be anything other than a people friendly restaurant, converted from a home. It's kinda quaint, kinda cool and kinda nice. Look past minor house keeping misses and see the fact they serve good food and a...
