Mesa SM City Pampanga — Restaurant in Pampanga

I booked a reservation last June 10, 2025, very dissapointed with service, I haven't experience horrible service like Mesa, my reservation was 12 at noon we arrived at 12 first of all before I book the reservation I ask for 1 long table for 25 people and Jane ask to the Manager if we can have 1 long table for 25 people and Manager approved it. So I decided to have lunch at Mesa which is my first time. Here are the following complaint: Table setting was not right The food serve more than 1 hour from the time that we arrive. 3.The serve 1 by 1 with the interval time of half an hour for each. 4.The lechon was not chopped and serve with every table with the food, which I requested from the beginning. We only have 40 minutes to eat and waited almost 2 hour for the foods. Staff are not friendly and very lousy. Very disgusting Birthday I have at Mesa SM Pampanga. 8.I would not recommend this...

Suffice to say, staff need further training. I wanted to message Mesa Corporate privately but, sadly, no means of getting in touch with them. We were seated and waited 15 mins and not a single staff approached us. Even worse, staff were taking servings from a pan full of noodles and eating right beside us, some were standing 5-6 feet from our table. Several orders we asked for were not in stock. Waiter needeed to ask someone else so he could answer our questions. It took forever for the food to arrive, worse, it arrived cold! Food was bad, their laing was too salty. My parents and I decided to eat here to try. Entering the restaurant there was no one welcoming us and asking for how many we were to lead us to a table. I believe the waiter that took our order was new and did not know how to communicate with a customer. The waiting time for the food to arrive was so long that my stomach hurt after eating.
