Very poor service. Waited too long and ended up getting the wrong order so the waiter told me that I need to wait again as they will cook my real order. I had no choice but to eat the soup and the mandu first because it will get cold. Food was good as always since it's BonChon we're talking about. What made me give this rating was their service that was poor and slow. There were little to no people inside the restaurant and it took them almost 30 minutes just to serve a bibimbowl meal and 20 minutes for a Bingsu. When you ask for water, they'll say that they will give you and just wait. But after you finish all the food the water is still not served. (I asked for water when I ordered at the start. I love their Bibimbop and Fish with rice and noodles. At under 200 pesos, the meals here are simply unbeatable in terms of quality and quantity. They even accept my debit card.

If not for their Chicken Sandwich which I just had now, I'd have given them five stars. The chicken was tough and dry, and I imagine the whole thing simply wouldn't have been good even if that wasn't the case. If I were to ingest unhealthy empty calories, they need to taste great. Otherwise,...
