I was about to forget my 1st bad experience with GOODAH becoz they were able to remedy the first issue I had with them when I ordered thru Grab delivery. But yesterday night 2/4/21). I ordered for TAKE OUT delivery since it’s too late already and I’m a little bit sleepy. After I ordered to the Cashier she instructed me to just wait for my order in the car. In short the Security guard was the one who delivered it to me. When I got home one of my ordered was missing. I tried to ring their branch for 3 consecutive times and no one answer. It was very disappointing that this happen to me twice. They are not very particular to check order first before they dispatch it. The fact that we I was the cyatomer at the time. Updating my review from 5 years ago:

"24 hour convenience with home made food served hot. Group meals are also available when you need a break from the usual fastfood choices."

Gave a 1-star review since the food we ordered was bland and the Tapsimaxx was even missing the 2 cups of rice. Quite disappointing since we had to wait for the food to be delivered only to find out it was incomplete and not cooked properly. Lost a loyal customer since we wouldn't be ordering...

I placed an order through Foodpanda at 8 pm and scheduled it for delivery between 11:45 pm and 12:00 am to ensure it wouldn't be late. It's already 11:57 pm, and my order is still nowhere in sight. The estimated arrival time has been pushed back to another 20-30 minutes for just a Tapsilog and extra fried rice. Disappointed with the service...
