Toho Restaurant — Restaurant in Parañaque

Bad/poor service. I came with my family of 2 seniors, 1 pregnant mom, 5 kids and 3 adults. We arrived at the restaurant close to 2pm and as expected the place was not that busy I.e. there were no other customers apart from us since its already after lunch. We requested for a house tea as they said they serve it, but never did until we finished our 2-part late lunch. 2-part as for some reasons, our order of siomai was forgotten to be recorded, hence, was served almost 30 mins after our first orders have been served. Second part of our orders apparently have been forgotten as well and only realised when we did a follow up and checked whats taking them so long. Over all, we had an interval of almost 30 mins of waiting in between our meals. as for the food, it's only their pancit that's outstanding, everything else is overpriced underwhelming...

I had lunch here with our family on a weekend and were able to get seated without any issues. The ambiance had a hint of untiediness which commonly experience in many Chinese cuisine restaurants.

Our waiter took our order promptly, but maybe because its a holiday that some of the items on the menu was not available, though the food was prepared and served quickly.

As for the food, while most of my family members enjoyed the dishes, I personally found some of the food not to my taste, except for the ribs. The cost was average, and our overall experience was okay. I might consider returning in the future, depending...

Been a loyal Toho follower since I was small and their only branch was in T. Pinpin. Then a new branch came up in. BF and the food and service was still good. However we were in their SM BF branch last February and there was a waitress there who was having a bad day and taking it out on us. She was thin and small and was frowning and growling at customers and staff. She was discourteous. The food is still good. Prices have gone up a bit but the service is failing because I guess the siblings who own the place are rarely there. Pity. Toho is a place my family has always loved but maybe not as...
