Staff - Some staff are nice and management lacks service strategy. I understand that there's a minimal staffing due to pandemic but I can see some staff not helping the one's who are busy. I think it's the shift manager who just focused on her text msg (maybe work related) and ignored my question on who serves in that specific food counter. Food - limited food selection. I think their tofu sisig is the only dish with a remarkable taste. The rest were just plain. Service - due to the new normal, they are now the one who will be giving you your requested food. However, most of the time there's no server available in the counter where most of the dishes are.
