We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and they did not disappoint! We had a great time in this hotel. Their service was great except for a few instances that we requested something for our room but unfortunately they forgot. 😅 We had 2 deluxe rooms, both were clean and spacious. The view from our rooms was nice too! Their facilities were great as well, they had a play room for young children, a game room for those young at heart and a golf course for the not-so-young ones. They had a gym as well that had a lot of equipment. My favorite part was their pool! It was big. Who would have thought that there would be a pool that big in the middle of the city? 😅 I also loved the breakfast buffet! They had a variety of food and they were all delicious! They also changed their menu everyday so you won't get fed up with the same food everyday. They also gave us complementary cakes for our birthday celebrants. 🎂 Over-all, we had a great time. We've been to 3 Seda branches before, can't wait for our next! ❤️

Typical run of the mill Seda, but this one at Manila bay is still not fully functional to be completely honest. The Wifi is none existent! Don’t even try to connect it will just give you a headache. Shower pressure (cold) is so poor you'd be standing near the shower to feel it ( not sure if only our room that time). We reserved for a spa at a certain time but we were bumped off due to late patrons. Had to talk to the manager to clear things out. You may want to look somewhere else to stay to save headaches and heartaches. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel yet. The only good thing going for this place is its location. Hospitality and Management needs more improvement and also its 2023 whats with your internet connection? Update: Called their service center regarding the wifi issue apparently apple products cant connect due to IP issues bummer breakfast at Misto if fully booked expect to wait for your breakfast table min 30on an empty stomach For the pool they had no towels when i visited late morning

Best Seda Hotel to date, but as a newly opened hotel, it still needs improvement, especially in the safety of the amenities area. In the game room, they should put rubber on the marble table for the computers since the edges are a little rough/sharp. As for the room, it's kind of dark since it only has about four lights, and not all the electric outlets are working. The tile grout in the CR is chipping off, the wifi connection was not reliable, and worse, there is already a leak in the lobby! The hotel is located beside Ayala Malls Manila Bay, but you need to go down to the lobby. I hope they will have a bridge/entrance to the 2nd or 3rd floor of the mall. The worst part is the entrance signage of the hotel for car drop-offs and the signages in the basement parking, which will make you lost, and you'll end up parking at the mall! I commend the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and security for making us feel welcome. Not all hotels in Manila will make you feel that way.

What was nice about this hotel is that it is just a few blocks away from The Theatre at Solaire, adjacent to Ayala Malls Manila Bay, and it is kid-friendly as there are amenities like the playroom, game room, and pool for children, both for the young and teens.||However, there is a very big room for improvement in this hotel. ||As of this time, the hotel does not have direct access to the Ayala Mall. You have to exit the hotel and walk towards the mall entrance.||I booked using an external platform, and although I made requests which was acknowledged by the hotel, they did not fulfill those upon check-in. I told them our room preference via a booking app. The hotel acknowledged but, they did not have a record of it upon check-in. My parents checked in on my behalf as I was still in an event during the check-in hour. Of course, I wouldn’t be able to confirm if they also prepared the requests I made.||I have read that this hotel provides a birthday/anniversary present for guests so, I requested for a special birthday message or whatever since we stayed for three special occasions - my parents’ anniversary, my birthday, and my ballet recital. They acknowledged this via the booking app but, there wasn’t anything upon check-in. I was hoping I could surprise my parents with an anniversary surprise, alas, I was the one surprised that there was nothing.||The breakfast area had a reasonable array of food choices, but it had houseflies around the dining and buffet areas. We requested for a candle to shoo the flies away but, did not get any. We requested for coffee refill and extra table napkins, and got these after about four times of asking.||Considering that this hotel is quite new, the amenities had to be well-maintained to prevent becoming rusty and mossy.||I opted not to raise any concerns with the hotel management but, I have noted for sure that I will look for other better hotel options in the...

This is one of very few reviews I’ve completed and I have to be brutally honest with this hotels functionality and service that was offered to us on the 2nd of August 2023. For a newly built hotel there is plenty room of improvement. Its evident that there is still work to be done at this hotel. The hotel has prematurely opened up. Out of utter surprise me and wife were woken up to the sounds of power drills and construction work right outside our room at 11PM at night. I opened the front door as if it was a kinder surprise just to see five construction workers near my front door on ladders drilling holes that echoed through the corridor. Not there fault at all, but simply a lack of management consideration to there guest especially on my occasion. It only took about three phone calls to the front desk followed by me going to the front desk at 11PM to tell them that the works was simply in appropriate for the time. Even then we waited another 20 minutes for the workers to stop drilling. For those that simply want a night sleep I highly recommend you stay else where. But hey if your up for the thrills of drilling work and hammering in the middle of the night Seda Manila Bay is for you. No offers were given at the end of the stays just simply a “sorry and won’t happen again’. Manila being a forever growing city with a vast variety of hotels and resort you can stay at, I’d be saying...

We stayed in Seda from May 2-5. Jerlyn(I hope its correct name) is the front desk who assisted us. We were able to check in smoothly its because of her, duty manager and the one assisted our luggages when we arrived at 7am.

However they were aware from the time that we booked our rooms that we are asking for the late check out as our flight is at 11:40pm (I know that its not their responsibility) until our arrival we are asking them as we want to settle in be hassle free on our last day. They called us a night before and informed us that we can't have late check out because they are fully booked even we will pay for it.

Same day of our last day they called is early morning that all of a sudden they can grant us a late check out by paying a full day which we agreed, but all of a sudden in less than 10minutes they called us back and changing the prices for an additional of 3000 as they were saying its high price for today.

If you can't grant a guest a late check out, just kindly inform them on the day of the arrival if you were really honest that you are a fully booked and if you grant a late check out and inform the amount, don't give us a numbers then you'll change as well. You're giving as an indirect words that "we don't want you to stay". As we already agreed that we'll pay for the full amount even will only stay for...
