You don't deserve a Star!!
If you’re looking for cold food, rude servers, and a side of regret, this is the place for you. The buffet looked like it had survived a natural disaster, and the food tasted like it lost the will to live hours ago. The staff? About as warm and welcoming as a parking ticket. Not a smile, not a greeting — just blank stares and the vibe that you're inconveniencing them by existing. Honestly, I’ve had more satisfying meals at gas stations. Save your money, your time, and your appetite — go literally anywhere else.
This place is a disaster — not just because the food is mediocre at best, but because the staff clearly missed the memo on basic respect and decency. My sister, who is part of the LGBTQ+ community, politely asked for mozzarella. The server, Kenneth, told her they were out — then immediately served it to another customer right after. When she walked away, he even made a face behind her back. Real professional, right?
I don’t know what kind of environment this buffet is trying to foster, but discrimination and disrespect should never be on the menu. Pair that with bland food, tired trays, and zero hospitality, and you’ve got a place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone — ever.
Hands down the worst buffet experience we’ve had — and not just because the food was average at best, but because of the blatant disrespect from one of the servers, Kenneth.
My sister (who is part of the LGBTQ+ community) asked for mozzarella and beef. Kenneth flatly said there was no more mozzarella, only butter, and claimed the beef would be brought to our table. Spoiler: it never was. But then, surprise — right after that, he served both mozzarella and beef to another customer.
It gets worse. When my other sister went back up just minutes later and asked for the exact same items, he gave them to her without hesitation. So, clearly, it wasn’t about availability — it was about attitude. And when my LGBTQ+ sister walked away, Kenneth even made a face behind her back.
This kind of discriminatory behavior is disgusting and unacceptable in any setting — let alone a restaurant where people come to enjoy a meal. Pair that with indifferent service and underwhelming food, and you've got a buffet that's not worth anyone’s time or money.
Avoid this place — and especially avoid Kenneth, if you value respect and basic...
Read moreWe arrived at the restaurant a little past 12 noon, during peak lunch hours, but there were still several available tables, which indicated that the place wasn’t very busy. Despite this, it took over 30 minutes before we could start eating due to delays in refilling key food sections like the dim sum, sushi, and meat areas.
One major concern was the confusion around the meat being served. I requested Angus beef slices for shabu-shabu, but what was given to me was clearly pork. When I clarified this with the staff, I was told it was the same as the pork slices – which is not just incorrect, but also quite frustrating. Beef and pork are clearly different, and staff should know the distinction, especially in a restaurant that offers buffet service with various meats.
Another disappointing aspect was how the birthday celebration was handled. The staff began singing without checking if all the guests at our table were present. What made it worse was that they were already holding out a tip box while singing. While tipping is optional, the way it was presented felt quite forceful and inappropriate.
Overall, the experience was disappointing — not because of the food itself, but because of the poor service, misinformation from the staff, and the uncomfortable approach to tipping. I hope management can address these issues to improve future customer...
Read moreNot sure how this page got a 4.8 rating. Some of the staff here is rude. it's 7pm on a Sunday yet they were already out of beef. Since we arrived at 5:30pm, I kept waiting and returning at the meat station for them to release the chuck eye beef but they only gave me the beef belly which is for grilling. I usually just eat here for the beef and hotpot when other relatives treat us here so I was already beginning to feel disappointed by this. Around 7pm, I asked for more beef but the guy at the meat station told me, there was no more beef. Since I have only eaten one plate of beef (with 4 strips), it was only right that I complain. Staff answered me with "wala po bang nagsabi sa inyo sa entrance?" na ano? wala ng beef by 7pm? For the prawn, they kept holding it off and only releases one plate every hour (estimate). Cheese balls were only released around 8pm, when there was no more beef. LOL. For the hotpot sauce, there was no peanut sauce or sesame seeds. Only a small bottle of sesame oil was available and I had to always ask for it since it was hidden behind the counter. There was also no sashimi during our service. Really bad experience here. Better check other hotpot and grill places...
