Julieanne's Kitchen is truly a gem when it comes to Thai-Vietnamese cuisine in the Philippines. I recently had the pleasure of trying their Package 1, and it was an absolute delight. The assortment of dishes included in the package was impressive and catered to various cravings.

Starting with the Vietnamese spring rolls, they were packed with fresh vegetables and had a satisfying crunch. The Pad Thai Mix tray was a burst of flavors, combining the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. The Mango sticky rice tray was a delightful dessert, with ripe mangoes and perfectly sticky and creamy rice.

The Somtam Tray offered a spicy and refreshing papaya salad, while the Dynamite Shrimp Tray showcased succulent and well-seasoned shrimp. The accompanying bottles of Lemongrass tea added a refreshing touch to the meal.

Moreover, I was impressed with the prompt delivery and the careful presentation of the food. The packaging ensured that the dishes arrived in excellent condition, and the entire experience was seamless.

Experience: The restaurant has only 2 small groups of customers (3pax and 2pax) but the service time still took 30 minutes (20minutes promised time)

Service: We had to get the menu ourselves dahil matagal lumabas yung staff from kitchen. When the food was served, naka slippers yung staff (don't know if this is part of their uniform) at may makapal na hair tie with hair pa sa kamay.

Food: Cucumber juice taste good. Parang sobrang babad sa sauce ng Thai Sriracha Deep Sauce chicken. Beef noodles is served without soup. It was the staff who poured the soup.

Pricing: For the budget meals, you get what you paid for.

Facility: Clean

How to get there: there is no public transportation available since this is between SM Sucat C5 extension and C5 Multinational.

TLDR: Anyone interested in ordering from them… don’t do it. Terrible, terrible service. Can’t rate how the food tastes coz it never arrived 🙃

My mom ordered weeks in advance and they guaranteed they’d deliver before 7PM on Dec 24. Full payment was trasferred beforehand. Come Christmas Eve, my 81-year old grandmother, my ill tita, my tita who came all the way from the states, and my family waited for hours—for NOTHING. No news came from Julieanne’s team and we had to chase after them for an update of any kind. After badgering them, they finally refunded us this morning.
