Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Parañaque

Chicken oil is one of the most popular Inasal sauces. Because it tastes great and eaten over hot rice is so satisfying. But my experience here at Redemptorist road, Parañaque 1022 Metro Manila Inasal was quite awful, they were very stingy with chicken oil and didn't give me any. If you order pork barbecue, you cannot ask for chicken oil. It is purely dependent on your orders if they are being given. Make it more difficult to ask because you still need to get it out of the kitchen to let them know. unlike other Inasal branches, the chicken oil and soy sauce are simply displayed on the table.I take out my ordered meal, even if I pay for takeout packets for 20 pesos, because chicken oil is available at home, unlike at the Redemptorist road, Parañaque Inasal branch Haha, If I had known they were stingy with sauces, I would not have come, but thank you for the experience; I guarantee I won't go back. My very recent experience (8/15/2023) at this particular Mang Inasal branch was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the sticky tables and floors gave off a negative impression, which only worsened upon encountering a water puddle in the hand washing room. The stench emanating from the restroom was so strong that it could be smelled all the way to the dining room, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Despite ordering Chicken Pecho and paying extra for Unli-rice, the absence of the staff responsible for rice refills left us frustrated. Adding to the dismay, the second-floor dining area was inundated with solicitors selling various items for fundraising, further detracting from the dining atmosphere. There were 3 solicitors that came to our table at various time selling stuffs. But zero Mang Inasal staff around to offer rice. This visit was an unfortunate experience, and I have no intentions of returning to this particular Mang...

I just want to commend the team at Mang Inasal Baclaran for providing one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Despite the naturally busy and sometimes chaotic scene during peak hours, especially with the high demand for food orders, the staff remained impressively organized, efficient, and courteous.

I truly appreciate how they managed to distribute orders smoothly while staying attentive to customers’ needs. Kudos to the entire team for maintaining composure and professionalism—ang galing ninyo! You made the dining experience enjoyable and stress-free.
