McDonald's — Restaurant in Parañaque

We didn’t dine in, we ordered online through Foodpanda, but our experience was quite disappointing. I have nothing against McDonald's, but this really made us sad. We ordered large fries, yet what we received looked more like a medium size. The nuggets and chicken seemed like they were cooked earlier at noon and were only given to us just now, so they turned out chewy.

We understand that online orders can differ from dine in, but we are also paying customers who deserve the same quality of food. Worst delivery experience. Always delivering my orders with missing items, before the rider would come back for the missing item; but last night I paid for 2 orders of meal with 2 drinks inclusion yet I only received 2. The rider tried to get back for the rest of the drinks but he said it is really is a two. How come if the rest of the items is twice of the meal I ordered: 2 packs of 10-pc nuggets, 4 limited-time sauces but only 2 drinks instead of 4. There are very limited seats at the ground level, so most likely, you are going upstairs to dine in. If you are around 5'7 and up, watch out for low headroom at the stairs. Otherwise, you will bump your head like I did as there are no warning signs. Upstairs, there are plenty of seats, although ventilation is bad. Only 1 aircon was working when I went there.
