Shakey's Pizza Parlor - BF Homes — Restaurant in Parañaque

Me and my family went to Shakeys BF aguirre yesterday afternoon 10/29/18 around 5 PM. There's more than 20 of us and I didn't feel the crews willingness to accommodate us. We wanted one straight table for all of us and they keep insisting to give us 2 tables instead. We went there for a mini reunion and we just felt the need to just leave the place after eating. This branch have the worst service and i would definitely not recommend this to anyone. The place looks awesome but i think you have to hire better people. No one is entertaining our request and the additional orders did not come until we billed out. I felt like we weren't welcomed and not treated as a costumer. No welcome, while i order the person taking notes turned her back from me and went somewhere without even sayong excuse me. No thank you. No smiles. We have to repeat ourselves a couple of times to be accommodated. I REALLY REGRET EATING HERE. WOULD DEFINITELY...

Ordered takeout via webapp. Webapp was great, fast and efficient. However delivery execution was very poor. Had to call shakey's hotline 3x to get a hold of the store manager. Store manager called once, was surprised that the order is 1hour late, he said that he will call back after calling the rider. 10mins went by no call, so i tried calling him but he kept dropping the call. I called shakey's hotline again to get some help, and after 2mins the store manager called again, and said that the delivery is free. Apparently the driver left the order and both the store and him forgot that our order is still pending. For me its both the manager and the store's fault. The driver came shortly, ranting that the free delivery will be charged to him. I don't think that's fair, to take the order out of his pocket. Anyways the food came already cold. Bad...

What i miss eating in Philippines are chicken and mojos + the thin and crispy manager's choice of shakeys. My favorite pizza chain over the years. I went to this branch because i was doing some errands around the area. I would say PERFECT!! It brings back my memories + the customer service was superb!! I love that they give opportunities to people with down syndrome. He greeted us (i forgot his name) and the waiter who served us was Reggie. Very helpful and accomodating. Everybody there was warm and friendly the food was so delicious and the quality hasn't changed! Fresh and tasty! I would definitely come back again for the 2nd time before I leave PH.
