I am a night-shifter so when I eat, I usually drop by Jollibee Amang Rodriguez/Ligaya for a to-go order before I go straight home. Just this one night I decided to dine-in and take a rest for a bit. When I stood up and took a jeepney was when I also realized that I forgot my Starbucks Venti tumbler on the counter/ cashier, so I went back and ask the staff. The manager on duty that night is Sir Ken who reviewed the CCTV footage onset and found out that another customer took my tumbler with a to-go purchase.
I asked him to take a picture which he refused to do so. He took my cell number and promised to contact me when he got a chance to speak with the other customer.
After 2-3 days he contacted me and was able to successfully retrieved my tumbler and gave it to me the same day.
I want to commend Sir Ken for doing his duty above and beyond for his customers. I appreciate him doing extra miles, when he not needed to do so. He is good at remembering faces, keeps the customer data and secures their identity and do as what he has promised. Sorry, I was not able to get his last name. But, I commend him. He is an asset to the company! Keep up...

I wanted to share my experience, especially how great their customer service is at Jollibee Ligaya. What happened is that I ordered Jollibee spaghetti, Burger Steak with matching fries, and Yum Burger. I requested to take it out, and when they called my number, I just immediately grabbed the paper bag without checking if my order was complete because I was busy enough checking something on my phone. So when I got home, I checked the bag, and I was shocked because they forgot to include the Yum Burger. At first, I was really mad. So I called their number, and luckily they acknowledged my experience, and they promised that they would give me the Yum Burger as long as I had the receipt. And I requested to visit their store tomorrow since I need to rest because I do have work tomorrow.

Read moreOne of the worst Jollibee branches! imagine you ordered a food from them in a takeout basis and when you returned to get the item they say they need to get verify first ending up that one of their crew admitted the fault? this is not the first time this branch has had problems whenever we ordered.
all crews are busy, no security visible, some staffs are very arrogant in a way how they will convetse with you in the end you will get mad and they will gaslight you with their dumbness customer service approach!!! will never order on this worst...
