KFC — Restaurant in Pasig

Incorrect order for my 6pc bucket meal chicken. I asked for half crispy but i got all original. Also, the chicken pcs are already lapsed, not freshly cooked, and the skin is soggy. Staff not even friendly...

Aside from that, you have to pay 40 pesos just to add extra gravy. They only put one small cup of gravy for 6 pcs chickens. This is absurd since 6 people will share for one cup of gravy!

As a drive thru customer, the order taker is bit disoriented as she have to ask utensils. Well off course, its for a to-go meal. Why would I order in drive thru in the first place.

This is frutrating as a first time customer ordering from this branch. I will not order again.

If you are planning to buy here, skip this branch as there are other better branches who serve with quality.

Kfc marcos highway. Food was ok. The only thing we did not like was the temperature inside the store. It was warm. I think they are lacking in airconditioning. The food served was good, typical KFC. What i like is that the staff are pro active, they give you extra gravy already even if you dont ask. Parking was not good as well as there are limited slots. Service wise, it could be better. I ordered an extra rice but the cashier did not include it so i needed to buy it separately. Also, when our order was finished. They called the number that they said is in the receipt but they were calling a different number. Turns out it was already ours and the number stated on the recipient is incorrect. Fortunately i asked it, if not, we would have waited longer assuming our order was not yet there even if it is already...

Worst service staff INCLUDING MANAGER found at kfc. Manager doesnt care at all about the customers. Cant even be bothered to stand up to adress a customer. Service staff are sweet but completely incompetent Ordered 3 items,only found 2 in bag when i checked Also Ordered ice tea and then learned they didnt include the sugar syrup Cant seem to understand simple instructions, asked if they have zinger and they looked at me like i was ordering 🍕 Terrible terrible service. Its a shame that global brands like this ignore or dont put emphasis on better customer service 👎🏽👎🏽 better...
