CK Robinsons Palawan — Restaurant in Puerto Princesa

My experience at Chowking here at Robinsons Palawan was fine before, I don't know what happened to it now. This is the only Chowking branch which I had a bad experience.

The problem was, the staff were not quite great and act poorly to customers compared before. The waiting time is terrible and took us nearly 20 mins just to get our food approved, and it took them almost 40 mins just to serve a One pcs. Chicken and rice. The line is also very terrible where the staff are really slow and takes nearly 10 mins per customer to order and get their receipt and food approved.

The inside interior is basic and not much comfortable compared to other fast food restaurants such as Jolibee and inside the restaurant has barely any space which cannot fit the amount of many customers ordering. Mostly, the restaurant is crowded and has no available tables.

Their food is overall savory and I don't have that much questioning about the food it's overall fine.

Overall, If you're patient enough and just want to try some of their food I recommend trying Chowking. Although I don't recommend trying here if you have sensitive...

I dont really like the management of this branch.Their too lazy,their not smilling,even the manager....I just ask for some chilli for my siomai but their manager got angry why i ask for more.. Staffs-their not wearing proper make up even their manager as well,she looks like a clown with red eyeshadows with very red blush on...maybe her staffs adopt how she wear her make up...😂😂😂sorry but i really had bad experience today with this branch....(CHOWKING ROBINSON PLACE PALAWAN)
