POOR SERVICE!!! I was in the line and asked the crew, does the tie part is available he said NO but the breast part is available according to people inside as he used his radio. Then I disregard the advance order and proceeded to cashier then I asked her does the tie part is available she said first no sir, but the breast part is available then I talked to her why is not available then she said because that was the drop by the kitchen if you can wait its 18 minutes then i told her ok ill wait but if the advance order inform me ahead that they can drop and ill wait for 18minutes. After a while she used again her radio and she told me, sir tie part is available now, WOW so i proceed to take my order 2pcs chicken joy meal 1 spicy and 1 regular with mango pie, paid her and told her thank you, you have a very beautiful smile. headed to pickup my order then i ordered additional double TLC, and ask for OR. here we go again it took them 15 minutes just to complete my receipt. The crew went outside in parking area and asked me about the company name is correct, told him yes after a while the Mngr. send me the receipt of my first order, then told him what about the other one and he goes back inside brings back the 2nd receipt of my late order the double TLC. I ask him again but what about my order the sandwich (Double TLC) is missing, the Mngr. went back inside scratching his head and brings back my order, they went to me four times wasted their time because of simple issue proper communication of the team. I am giving the feedback so they can improve their service in the fast food industry. The orders are fine for me but the receipt I always need to wait for 15-20 minutes everytime I ask for it. Read moreNormally, this drive thru works pretty fast; even on the first two occasions that I had to redeem a coupon from BPI. This particular moment, I was given the run-a-round. I felt like dealing with the government; there was a lot of red-tape. i.e. the cashier at the drive thru didn't know what she was doing or what she's supposed to do, the manager who helped wasn't much of a help since he could have readily said they were offline but since he didn't know what he was doing, he just reverted to "we're offline".
