Aira's definitely draws a market of people who crave for 'Kapampangan' home-style dishes, especially meat lovers. The restaurant is found on the ground floor of a converted two-floor house, with an old piano situated in the waiting area. Not much to see, just the straight-forward pride that Aria's has for its dishes. (Their menu consists of 32 dishes, with a couple of sweets and drinks to satisfy the gastronomical cravings of their guests.) It's a first for me to experience "Pay before Eating", which I think is wise management strategy. Although walk-ins are welcome, I recommend anyone who wishes to hold a party to reserve tables in advance, as the dining area could hold less than a hundred people (as per my visual inspection). Overall, I'm giving it 3 stars. The place needs to improve accessibility (no ramp, only steps) and its rest room. And for those who are afraid of birds, be on guard. There's a pigeon cage at the entrance. Parking space is also very limited, so it's better to think about where you and your companions would be leaving your rides if you go there...

They offer a wide variety of foods and what I like about this restaurant is that they have multiple versions of different dishes. You have 3 kinds of Sisig, different kinds of fried pork, etc. They also have veggies and classic Filipino comfort food to choose from. I highly recommend their Papaitan since it's really tasty and would go well with whatever you put on your plate. The space is clean and spacious. Servers are attentive and they ask us how the food was. Many food choices, lunch food was still hot so you know it's freshly cooked. Although the breakfast food was a bit cold, they were delicious. Some lack a bit of taste though but still good for its price.
