Kenny Rogers Roasters - Banawe — Restaurant in Quezon City

Located along the flood prone Banawe near Retiro. The building is raised way above the street level to compensate for this. That where the issue starts, its a bit challenging to drive to the parking lot. Much steeper harder climb to get to the drive-thru. Given the height condition, drive in and out with caution. 7 slots parking beneath the store but better to park out in the open at the back. Its another steep climb up a few flight of stairs to get to the store so thats gonna be an issue for elderly customers or those with mobility problem. Wheel-chair ramp is too steep. When you get to the top, the front entrance glass door is frosted which was kinda unusual since you cannot actually see whats inside the store. A big stairway cuts in the middle of the store making the store smaller than it seems. The chicken meal is good. Lots of options to try from their menu aside from chicken. The Coke or any other soda from the vending machine is something you want to avoid. Price point is just right. Service wise its pretty good. The store AC however needs design improvement cause its not really working with the current layout. Place is warm even with the AC on given the high ceiling and open kitchen layour. Best table in the house are the 4 seater booth beside the window. The place looks really good from the outside but actually very uncomfortable once you step foot into...

First, i would like to file a complaint about the staff. They were the ones making noise inside the store. They were shouting at each other- is that even part of their job?

Second, the food itself is not well-cooked. They are not following proper standard in doing their services. And the air conditioner- they’re only using one? Did you know it’s extremely hot? It affects the costumer’s experience and appetite. Even the cleaning rags smells bad. The staff at the cashier are also rude.

Lastly, the manger also a rude no wonder ganun...

6:10 pm to be exact ,oct 31,2023 …i dont know of she is the owner or whats her position ..shes shouting on the staffs and we as customers are also tense because of her shouting and making a scene …dapat wag ganun sa mga staffs she should talk to them in a nice way not in the form of Shouting hanggang 2nd floor abot ang sigaw nya what kind of person is she? Un professional sya ….may shes the owner pero hinde dapat ganun ang treatment sa staffs . She needs proper training on how to talk to people /staffs … nakakahiya ka...
