I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit last October 03,2025. One of the staff, Hillary, was not accommodating at all. At first, I thought it was just me, but I noticed she treated the next customer the same way. The workstation was also dirty, which gave a poor impression. When I asked politely for a cover for the hot sauce, she refused and simply said there was none available, in a dismissive manner. I really hope management can provide Hillary with proper feedback and training on customer service.
