Army Navy Burger + Burrito — Restaurant in Quezon City

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit last October 03,2025. One of the staff, Hillary, was not accommodating at all. At first, I thought it was just me, but I noticed she treated the next customer the same way. The workstation was also dirty, which gave a poor impression. When I asked politely for a cover for the hot sauce, she refused and simply said there was none available, in a dismissive manner. I really hope management can provide Hillary with proper feedback and training on customer service. We ordered carbonara, naked burrito, classic beef burger, and crunchy taco. My partner experienced stomach pain shortly after eating the naked burrito—even before we left the restaurant. The same thing happened to my father after eating the burger we took out for him.

Also, the female staff was very disrespectful—she took the water pitcher from our table without asking, turned her back on us, and never returned. I even went to the counter to ask for water, but we were still not served.
