The place was nice and inviting. We came at about 11am and was supposed to order the eggs benedict but they don't have it. There were no other customers. So we decided to order pastries instead. My daughter ordered parmesan sausage bread something, according to the label on the display case but what was served was nutty cinnamon. There were a loooooot of items not available, the reason given by the staff was that they just reopened and a lot of the ingredients have not arrived. Very very poor experience. I excitedly brought my kids here so they can try the eggs benedict I once tried at the PHC branch. So...

📌 We visited your Visayas Ave branch at around 9:40 this morning, and the service was disappointingly slow.

Despite only 3 tables being occupied, the server did not repeat back our orders, leading to mistakes. We waited like an hour for a missing dish, yet there was no update from the staff. We arrived hungry but left disappointed.

We ended up canceling 1 out of 3 orders, and ironically, the dish was only dispatched when we asked for the bill. This experience highlights a need for staff retraining to improve efficiency and customer service.

We actually love the food! Really! But the service is SOOOO SLOOOW!!!

There was one time, we waited 1 and a half hours just to have our incomplete orders, 2 out of 3 orders were served and the waitress told us na naserve na daw, ee hindi naman, then came back saying they forgot to give to the chef the 3rd order.

The last time we went here, we approached the waitress to take our orders, but got deadma 🫠
