I really don’t want to rate them like this. But we are really angry. 1) We came in. They said all reserved. And we said we’re are just 2. They said they forgot to ask how many we are. Ok. Bar table. Perfectly fine for us. 2) another person took our order. We ordered a and b. When there are relatively few customers in the resto , we waited for almost 45 minutes. Then came 1 order. We asked him to follow up. The waiter was like : what pasta? He insisted that we only made one order. We were like : we are 2. And we did talk through our orders and there was confirmation from him. The result? he just took in one. We don’t want to wait for another 45 minutes. We asked for the bill. 3) what convinced us this is a messy place is that we witnessed how they handled reservations. We came in , no table for us. People who came after us without reservations got a table. And another group came , complaining about why they were told no booking is needed and now they came early but no table…. 4) when I asked for the bill , it took another 10-15 minutes. We don’t want to make a scene… it was either a bad day or it has always...
