The venerable music bar. It's one of the longest surviving bars of that type. When I first went here many years ago it was still a semi-open place. Although I miss how fresh it was then, I think that it's better now because they couldn't control the cockroaches in the fountain area. But what used to be the fountain is now the DJ/tech booth, and the whole place is now roofed over, walled in, and cleaner. The place hosts many musical events of all types, but mostly rock productions. But even the type of rock that you might hear from night to night is varied, ranging across several decades. The usual beers and pulutan are available, but then again the place isn't noted for that, but more for the music. Note to foreign readers: pulutan = bar chow.

This place deserve the 10 star award and comment! We wanted to go to route 196 but closed. Go to balete Kamias closed too. Then we walked to this 70 Bistros I taut I saw the most beautiful place for local Rock band cradle for all above and underground PINOY ROCK BAND all full of world quality talented musicians PINOY ROCK stars u rock my night and we had a blast night out it was 4 bands playing whole night best ever rock bars better than many world class rock musics !!!!!!! Liquor drinks beer all local PINOY prices ! Heaven for me and u would be !

70’s Bistro is a virtual institution for the local music scene and it’s been around forever. Here you will see live old school musical performances from the most respected and talented local rock artists. Not only do they play here, they also frequent the place as customers so if you want an up close and personal experience of the Metro Manila rock scene this is the place to go. Note that it’s a very specific musical sub culture that comes and plays here. If you’re a fan of Joe Mari Chan or Lea Salonga this place isn’t for you.

They haven't updated their info on their schedule. They only start letting their guests enter their establishment 15 mins before the show's schedule. It's not an open bar where you can start dining and drinking hours before the shows. Also, the food and drinks are quite expensive given that it's located in Anonas. Still, the food is good and their staff is friendly. You can go here alone but you'd be better off here in a group since the tables with the best views come with consumable prices.

My husband and his band (Mutiny) played here last May 21, 2022. The place is nice and decent; and caters a lot of good band performers. One of the bars that Ive been that really didn’t smell that much cigarette smoke. The place is air conditioned and smoking is not allowed inside the bar/restaurant. The staff are all nice and thoughtful. They never fail to give you their warmest smile

Came here to watch a show. Door price was 500, sulit. There were a lot of food options. We got the chciharong bulaklak which was around 300+? They were ok. Wish we had gotten the sisig though. Same price and it smelled so good. Beers cost around 165 (with sc). It was my first time here and honestly I really like the vibes here. It was very crowded though, as we expected.
