Tapsi ni Vivian is truly one of the best food spots in Manila! They offer a wide variety of authentic Filipino dishes that are guaranteed to satisfy your cravings, whether you're in the mood for classic tapsilog, hearty soups, or flavorful seafood dishes. The food is always freshly cooked, generously served, and bursting with home-cooked goodness. The service is excellent, staff and owner are friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to your needs, making every visit a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant also has a spacious and convenient parking area, perfect for families and groups. The place itself has a cozy, casual vibe that makes it great for breakfast, lunch, or late-night meals. With delicious food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Tapsi ni Vivian definitely deserves a spot on your must-try list for Filipino comfort food in Manila!

While prices have increased over the years, Tapsi Ni Vivian remains our go-to spot for tapsilog cravings in Manila. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve eaten here, but their tapa has always been consistently flavorful and juicy. Their sunny-side-up eggs are cooked to order, and the garlic fried rice (sinangag) is always served warm. You also get free soup and condiments (suka + sili the best with tapsi!) Bring cash as their GCash payment can be unreliable. Not sure if they’re open 24/7, but we’ve dined here as late as midnight onwards. Can be difficult to find parking during lunch/dinner time though.

A solid place to get cheap and good food. They obviously specialize in tapsilog; the barsilog and tapsilog were great. For those who don't know what tapsilog is, it's a Filipino dish breakfast meal consisting of cured beef, garlic fried rice, and fried egg. The complimentary bulalo broth was good. The service was great and quick. The one thing about this place is that it gets so smokey inside because of the cooking and you end up smelling like the food. If you're unfamiliar with Filipino food this place is a good place to try.

Dear Sirs. I visited your restaurant 01/03/25 I was disgusted at the service. The food was undercooked & the waitress shouted at me for complaining. She even had the audacity to tell me to complain to the chef himself. The Beef Tapa was freezing cold. It should be hot! & seriously the service was disgusting. I was furious at the level of service & being told your business was “Too Busy” to deal with my complaint even though I was there in person as a paying customer. I am shocked at the attitude of your staff & would like to raise a formal complaint regarding their attitude & absolute disregard for us paying customers. It felt more like we were a hinderance to them than anything. We will not eat here again & until you train the staff correctly. I do not believe others will...

Food was overall great! 8 of us went here including 2 kids. The tapa was on the sweet side, which is okay but not for everyone. The sinigang is also a staple everytime we eat here, also their dinuguan was good was cooked very well. The chopseuey was okay. The BBQ was good, the kids ate that. The Bicol express was good too but there was a hint of sweetness before the spice would kick in. The best I had was the sisig and their ube halaya. The sisig had a distinct wok hay flavor which made it really tasty, better than most sisig dishes out there. And their ube halaya had a soft creamy texture, i dont usually eat ube but this one is good i had...
