This company never ceased to develop their products, even if they have already established their clientele. This place gets crowded even if it's off peak hours. And grab food riders line up outside the store. Now...You order in the counter & pay. And, wait for your number to be called. Then you go & pick up your food from the counter. No more delivery to your table.

It happened in the morning. Sobrang bastos ng mga crew lalo na yung kapalitan ata ng Mylene sa fc. Regular kami ng boyfriend ko and lagi kong inoorder yung milk tea na honeypearl black tea latte kaya kabisado na namin ng bf ko yung lasa. Pagkatikim namin ang tabang kaya binalik ko agad. Di agad ako nilapitan ng bastos na crew niyo kaya yung manager ata yung lumapit sakin nong nakita niya ako. Okay yung manager, dinagdagan agad niya ng sugar syrup. Pero wala pa ring lasa kaya binalik ko. Pinaliwanagan ako ng bastos niyong crew na di na pwede dagdagan kasi di na advisable sa customer and body yung ganoong katamis. And I insisted kesa naman uminom ako ng binayaran ko na sobrang tabang. Ang magaling niyong crew, tinalikuran ako. Pagbalik ko ng table namin kinukuha niya yung milk tea. Nong hindi ako lumapit sinabi ba naman niya "edi wag", tama bang behavior ng crew yan? Sobrang aga and gutom na gutom kami pareho ng bf ko tapos ganyan treatment ng crew niyo? Be consistent sa lasa ng mga pagkain and desserts niyo para hindi na sana maulit to. Regular pa naman kaming customer sa store niyo, mukhang sa fcm nalang kami kakain. Mas polite pa mga cree don. I hope well trained mga crew niyo bago niyo ipasok sa station.

I love this Chowking branch. Location is perfect. Ambiance is cozy and comfy. Not so busy during breakfast. It's why I am mostly eating here with my wife. Serving time is average. Still depends on the food you will order. Customer service is excellent!

I tried the new bok choy side dish....and cried. not worth the price. just stick to kangkong or siomai for the sides. also, staff needs to focus on cleaning the dining area and the restroom.

The 1st time have a trouble here. Nagtakeout ako ng chaofan, sadly may nakahalong faceshield fragments, hindi ko na nakain yung the rest. Pinalipas ko and pinagbigyan sila siguro after 5order ng takeOut. Ayun mukhang dugyot nga tlaga itonh branch na ito kasi may humalo nanamang fragment di ko alam pero sobrang nakakadiri kayo. Sayang hindi ko pinicturan yung unang beses na nangyari pero itong pangalawa. Napakababoy at wala kayong maayos sa pagpprepare ng food niyo. Minsan may dumi minsan may mga fragments. Sobrang dissappointed ako. nakakairita kayo!
