FA CAI POT — Restaurant in Quezon City

Worst service I've ever encountered. The waiters aren't knowledgeable about the menu and majority of our orders did not arrive. When we arrived no one accomodated us after we got seated which already gave me a bad feeling as to how their service is going to be like.

We waited 30 minutes to get our next serving of food after following up 6 times. We were only served our food when we threatened to walk out if they don't serve our orders in 5 minutes. We called for the manager already which have never done to any other restaurant and they said there was no manager present.

This was a saturday night and the restaurant wasn't even full I can't even imagine how much worse the service is when they are full. All other customers around us were also angry since their food wasn't being served and one table even walked out and left and staff didn't notice. The food quality is decent which is unfortunate because of the terrible service. The place is also badly ventilated and quite hot. The grill plates aren't clean. We didn't enjoy the food anymore due to this terrible experience. Do not come to this place it would be much better to just go to other hotpot...

This place offers hotpot with a grill. I wasn’t expecting much, but for 599 pesos (available Monday to Friday), it’s definitely worth it. It feels like a fusion of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese cuisines, with kimchi, pickled side dishes, and even sushi. Plus, they have shaved ice for dessert.

However, the beef for the hotpot was a bit tough, and the dipping sauce was a bit off. I also wish they provided bigger saucers for the sauce to avoid spillage, and adding cilantro would be a nice touch.

The place is spacious, but the ventilation and lighting could use some improvement. Some of the servers were accommodating, but others ignored us, and a few of our orders were incorrect and had to be sent back. On the bright side, the manager was very kind.

I’d return, but I hope they improve the quality of their meats. Also, the hotpot takes a while to heat up and boil, so it’s best not to come...

Tried yes pot today even i saw some negative reviews, we went here to try and see. Well negative side is parking space, limited space just 2cars cam be park, we park at the other side of the street, the place is not that hot even the place is half full the has fan also. the ventilation is ok for us we just medium heat so the grill not that smoky. Service is ok easy to call their attention at the time we dine. ...food choices is good, meat and shrimp is fresh, the beef is not too fatty, we love the taste of the broth we tried the red spicy and the original. Overall we are very satiesfied with the food, service and the. Its just the parking space that need to be resolve,but they told us the basement parking is on working and it soon will be available thats good to hear. Price is affordable is only 599 on weekdays and 699 on weekends i think its the most affordable...
