Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken (Banawe) — Restaurant in Quezon City

Our first time in a long time eating at Peri Peri. We visited on Father’s Day and the place was jam packed but we were seated immediately. We ordered their quarter chicken with mac and cheese on the side (via birthday treat using supercard), baby backribs and salted egg chicken skin. The chicken was cooked well, juicy and flavorful and the portion is quite big while the ribs was fall off the bone tender and has a nice charred smoky flavor to it. The mac and cheese on the other hand was okay but it could be better. But what we like most about our experience was their many variations of sauces which complements well with the food. Our favorite was the spiciest sauce (i forgot the name) as it was barbecue-y tangy and more heat than your typical tabasco hot sauce. I personally like their two sauces which tastes gingery but have slightly different flavors while the other ones we tried, like the bbq and teriyaki sauce, as well as the one that’s like mayo but reddish, were also good. We do recommend their spiciest sauce out of all their sauces.

With regard to the service, it was great to excellent during our visit. The guard assisted us on parking while the servers were attentive and welcoming. Our food was served on time and still hot.

Surely, our next visit will not wait a long time.

Very friendly and attentive, considerate, crew in this restaurant make us want to come whenever we're in the area. The food, especially chicken is juicy, and very tasty, never dry. The other items in the menu are very good as well. Parking has never been a problem for us. Best part is they allow us to bring our furbaby inside. They ask us to stay upstairs because of our Casper, but thats alright since it's air-conditioned there as well and they frequently check on us to see if we need anything. Peri Peri Banawe is quite spacious compared to other Peri Peri restaurants I have visited. It has great ambiance. Perfect for family/ friends gathering or just simply a lunch/dinner date. They also have a praking space for customers with private vehicles. They offer plenty of dishes as seen in the menu. They aren't cheap but not expensive either.
