The food is undeniably great the flavors are consistent and delicious, which is why people keep coming back. However, the service is extremely disappointing. A single order can take almost one hour to be served, even though the staff says it will only take around 35 minutes. I also noticed that many Foodpanda and Grab delivery riders were left waiting far too long for their orders, which shows this is a recurring issue. On top of that, the staff seems unorganized and unsure of what they are saying, which makes the waiting experience even more frustrating. Waited for my takeout, seated at the designated waiting area bench. When the order was out, the lady didn’t call out but left the order at the table. I assumed it was for a delivery service since my name wasn’t called out. When I followed up on the order, it was my order actually that was on the table. Made me wait for 15 minutes needlessly and the food is cold now. Attendant Leslie even claimed that I wasn’t there earlier to claim the takeout.
