Greenwich Pizza - Welcome Rotonda — Restaurant in Quezon City

Cold Food and Long waiting time for delivery.

this is the 3rd time that the Greenwich Kanlaon took 2hrs to deliver my order. i ordered via hotline at 8:30pm finished the call at 8:40pm, was advised that within 1hr my order will be delivered.

After 1hr i called the hotline to follow up, csr said i will be reached by the store via call for update, ended the call around 945pm

I didnt get any updates from the store and called the hotline the 2nd time for update at around 10:05pm, rep called store and said they will dispatch my order.

I received a call at 10:30pm and my order was just dispatched, i received my order at 11pm. This has been the same scenario for the past 3-4 orders i had from the same store, this should be looked up by the management, since this is a Fast food and a pizza order shouldnt take that long to prepare and deliver

I always order with Greenwich but with Kanlaon Branch, It was my first time to be disappointed. I ordered 3 Pizza & 2 flavor of Lazagna with this Greenwich Branch. Additionally I ask for Extra Tomato ketchup for delivery, yet they asked for additional fees. What a Shame! tsk. Some Branch doesnt ask for extra fees since its just a ketchup since Im not into spicy sauce. Not to order with this...
