With all the negative reviews, i would have to just say that, during this pandemic times, when service sucks and menus are modified to the point of being bland, the only way to go, is to manage our expectations. While most shops & eateries have closed down, this one survived. And lucky us, because we could grab something for our famished bellies. There are still people who come & dine here, so it must not have been "terrible". Well, to be safe...We ordered mostly , their specialty which is the barbecues. And, we sum it up to be "just ok". Java rice though, is so oily but enough to satisfy. Not, if you're health conscious, though. Used to be a fan here, but not anymore but still good to fill in the empty space when you need it. We were lucky at that time, because of a promo. We get a free chopsuey for a spend of 1k ➕. And ...because taste is mostly subjective, anyone can try and give their verdict!

4 yrs ago: We ordered HIT 1 & HIT 5 with free iced tea. The iced tea was watered down and food was disappointing. The lumpiang sariwa was so bland it was unedible. Just sell barbeque because that’s the one thing you’re good at. During GCQ: My mom was craving for dinuguan so I decided to order from this branch thru the Foodpanda app. I was so disappointed when I opened the container it was half full(see photo). It has less meat and the sauce was watered down. Aug 2025: We ordered pancit bihon with barbecue, lumpiang shanghai, pork sisig, and plain rice. Unfortunately, the pancit was very bland; even adding soy sauce didn't help improve the flavor. It was disappointing. The pork sisig was mostly fat and nearly inedible. However, the lumpiang shanghai was decent.

Located at GF Wilcon City Center Visayas Ave QC. Floor to ceiling glass wall, huge dining space, and good interior design. Quality and affordable foods either ala cart or set meal. Glasswares except for ice tea pitcher (their using a plastic pitcher which should be improved). Staff are accommodating and responsive. Must try: Pork BBQ, Pansit bihon, Dinuguan, Enseladang talong Available: - toilet Price range per pax: php400-600

To Ineng's Management Team,

Kindly look into Ineng's branch at wilcon congressional center. The service was utterly a failure and we feel is a disgrace to Inengs in total. We are valued customers of Inengs for a long time but today's experience leads me to address what happened through this means until change is implemented. There were several customers waiting who i cannot speak for but were visibly looking for prolonged service that took time out of their day already.

Horrible wait time, even terrible customer service. We came in today at the aforementioned branch approximately 1:00 pm, ordered two Hit 2 plates and was informed of a wait time of about 30 mins. We know its not fast food and we expected as much. But never that it would take 45 minutes only to be served cold food that was inedible. It was cooked but was cold. It might as well have been raw considering how cold the customer service was too. We asked for a manager and yet took another 5 minutes without anyone even giving enough attention to even give an update. We left unscathed and very disheartened with the experience. This requires your attention. Look at their ratings now at a 2.7 in google. This should come as no surprise since there has been deteriorating servive for some time now. Treat this with utmost urgency as there might not be enough good word to come around regarding that branch and eventually Ineng's good name. We'll continue with our feedback through social media sites to raise awareness of this overbearing...

we would just like to call the attention of the management of Inengs about the branch in wilcon center visayas ave. such a disgrace as we really used to love your bbq. however, this branch offers a very slow service, 45minutes waiting time just for an order of 2x Hit2 Meal. I do not understand the point of waiting this long if they are just gonna serve you with cold food!!! what was the waiting time for????? please look into this if you really value your customers and your service. i understand that it was a busy day so we waited patiently, but being served with cold bbq after the extremely extended waiting time is appalling. i will definitely let the review channels know about this so that other customers will be aware as this branch, which is a representation of your company, gives me the impression that they do not care about what the customers thinks about them. now i understand why it was only rated 2.8 from google. very disappointing and will definitely...
