Italianni's — Restaurant in Quezon City

Service was slow but servers were pleasant and attentive. We ordered the Sicilian salad and truffle and mushroom pizza. We were given with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping and were asked if we wanted more bread while we were waiting for our order to arrive. That was nice. The Sicilian salad ingredients included grapes and small cubes of ripe mangoes, candied walnuts, croutons and lettuce greens that are crisp and refreshing. The salad itself was well composed. Dressing is a bit sweet for my taste but the rest of my party loved it. I probably would have opted for plain olive oil for dressing. But that’s just me. The pizza topping combo of cheese and mushroom was generous. The crust reminded me of a flattened croissant - again the rest of my party loved it. I also did love the topping. I think the combination was very tasty. I’m just not used to the way the crust was prepared. I am used to a thick or thin crust that is more crusty...

Service is very poor. Upon checking menu, front of staff wasn't even facing outside. Other waiters had to get his attention to entertain us. There was no appetizer nor drinks served. To make things worse, all our food sat on the bar counter for a long time. When we finally got the attention of the waiter, she served them to us and it was ice cold that we had to have SOUP reheated and it was served without any soup spoon. How can you eat Italian soup without any spoon?? The soup was also VERY salty. The ribs were also very bland and lacked sauce. Even their rib eye lacked sauce as if tinitipid. I do not recommend their main dishes if the same always happens. Not worth the price. Many other guests were also left unattended and one had to go inside to call a waiter. All the waiters and management were focused on the PCOS machine while diners looked at them aghast....

I had a terrible experience while dining at this Italianni's. I've been assisted by store manager Karla and I ordered pasta Alfredo, which has been served with a lot of garlic. It would have been if the menu mentioned that, because I am intolerant, but it was not mentioned at all. Of course, no do-overs and the manager's comment to that was simply "oh...", so I was stuck with a meal that made me feel bad later and it wasn't my fault.

The most embarrassing moment happened when I asked for the bill and the manager herself presented me someone else's bill, with exactly 1000 pesos difference. Bill that I could have paid if not careful enough. Borderline scam. It's insane to think that mistakes like these came from a store manager, in my opinion.

I'm sorry but I can't recommend...
