this is not the first time I ate at Italianni’s, surely a place that I will go back time to time.. Serving are very generous and worthy of the price you pay.. not just the serving but the food itself is very scrumptious and taste amazing.. all the staff are all accommodating, from servers to the manager are very friendly and warm.. thumbs up to Itallianni’s up town center..from food to services and its store ‘s ambiance and cleanliness.. will definitely go back!

Overall: A quick fix for you italian food cravings. Needs improvement in handling reservations/wait list. We dined in to make use of my BPI credit card promo. The service needs improvement especially with the handling of reservation/wait list. The managers were commendable in handling the situation. Most foods were underwhelming. The truffle pasta was overcooked. The pizza and chicken were bland. The backribs was tough. The seafood pasta and desert were great.

I know I rated everything with 3 stars indicating that they are just OK. Overall, I find this disappointing as I expected much coming from my previous experiences here. We ordered: Appetizer: Mussels - bad quality that I spit out most Truffle Fries Pasta: Diablo Cioppino- bad mussels Shrimp Aglio Olio Pizza: Margherita - arrived 45+mins Considering we came at 3pm, and just 1 or 2 other tables occupied - I am disappointed with the unapologetic service.

Serving sizes here are very generous. We shared a Caesar salad. It had hints of anchovies. It was very good. They give you a side of warm bread with olive oil, parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar to dip. We also shared the roast pork with gravy, seafood with marinara sauce and truffle chicken with mushroom. They were all delicious. My son had the roast chicken, and he said that he liked it. We ordered a bottle of white wine for under 900 Php.

The waiter is exceptionally courteous, always attentive to the needs of the guests, and goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. Her friendly demeanor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. She was pleasant, warm and was so knowledgeable that I ended up ordering for the fam at home apart from our unplanned spread here at the resto :) Commending her excellent service and hope she gets remunerated accordingly.
