This play store is NOT pwd and seniors-FRIENDLY! It is ironic since their clients are kids so you would expect them to be sensitive to members of special populations, but NO! We came with our 3 yr old daughter, paid for her entrance, my entrance and my husband's. Now, i asked if my senior 72 yr old mother (who is in a wheelchair because she has a fracture on her foot that was casted) could just stay inside near the entrance. They do not have a waiting room, which was their reason to charge us for her stay near the entrance. Obviously she could not play nor walk inside. It is the same as having the strollers parked near the entrance except that my mother is sitting on it. They told me that they automatically charge whoever enters, which was stupid. It is obvious that the staff and the store DO NOT HAVE A HEART AND EARS FOR LISTENING. They dont care except for getting money. PLEASE DONT PATRONIZE...
