I recently visited Jollibee Philippine Heart Center and ordered two Jollibee Chickenjoy meals with fries and drinks, along with a Yumburger. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the staff managed to keep the service swift, ensuring that the queue didn't get too long. I was impressed with their efficiency and dedication to maintaining fast service.
However, I was disappointed with the accuracy of my order. The staff forgot to include at least two gravies for my chicken. I only noticed the missing gravy after leaving the restaurant. Due to the crowd and the lack of space, I had lost interest in dining inside.
Additionally, the staff almost forgot to include ketchup for my fries. I had to emphasize and remind them to add ketchup, which should be standard for any fries order.
While the food quality at Jollibee is consistently good, I often find that items are missing from my orders, like ketchup for the fries and gravy for the Chickenjoy. Moving forward, I'll make sure to double-check my order with the staff at the counter before leaving to ensure everything is included.I also experienced similar issues at Jollibee SM City Lucena. The management should remind their staff that, despite being a busy restaurant, they must maintain accuracy in fulfilling orders. If a customer orders fries, ketchup should not be overlooked. Similarly, when ordering Chickenjoy, gravy should automatically be included. These condiments, though small, are significant to the overall dining experience. No one enjoys eating Chickenjoy without gravy or fries without ketchup. The staff should not skimp on...
Read moreI wasn’t planning on sharing my experience as I’ve order the first time. At first, everything was fine, staffs are nice including the cashier. However, the lady who took my orders had put a piece of Oreo ice cream instead of two.
As my receipt number was called, I’ve noticed the mistake and immediately called the attention of the personnel who served me “Miss, dalawa po yung in-order ko na Oreo ice cream.” She replied “e isa lang po yung naka-punch e.” And I protested “Dalawa po yung in-order ko at nagkamali po yung nag-take ng order ko. It shouldn’t be my fault.”
Finally, she asked me to just add 45 pesos to get my ice cream. I’ve waited for 10 minutes more. The manager pass by and prepared our fries and whispered “Bitch”. I just didn’t react to it as I didn’t want to embarrass her.
I don’t know what’s happening but I noticed that the attitude of the staffs are gradually worsening. I hope that the owner of this branch will notice my review and take some action against this rude lady manager (morning shift).
That rude manager looked young with light skin, but I’m quite unsure as she’s wearing...
Read moreJollibee is the Philippine's largest and favorite fast food chain. A must try is the Crispy Fried Chicken which is juicy on the inside even if the outside is crispy, the palabok (my ultimate favorite) which is made up of rice noodles with shrimp, pork stock topped with crispy pork skin we call chicaron and boiled egg ( a must try!) Uou might also want to try the sweet spaghetti which are loved by children and adults alike, the yumburger which can be ordered with cheese or bacon with lettuce and pineapple, the burger streak which is very yummy and fulfilling. And don't forget the peach mango pie for dessert but be careful since the filling is hot.
All of the food I've mentioned is available in all jollibee nationwide and this branch in particular is near the place I'm currently at and is surrounded by hospitals so this place is packed sometimes.
And lastly, the price is not that expensive. Suitable for those who are on a...
