I've been a loyal Mang Inasal customer for years and I experienced my first worst experience in this certain branch.
It wasn't even a time where there's a continuous flow of people at all. They literally sacrificed food quality for time efficiency which is such a disappointment.
Service was good in terms of security and order taking on the counter, they were nice and accommodating. We waited 20 minutes for our food which is good. However, as the food was served, the rice and chicken was cold and hard! Even the sisig, which usually is supposed to be hot and sizzling is cold as well. When we came to report in the kitchen to have our food possibly replaced, they retaliated saying they weren't at fault and it wasn't cold at all, pushing the blame back at us when clearly, we already showed the evidence at hand. The kitchen staffs seem to be even dismissing the point at first until one of their waiter crew pushed them to have it replaced first eventually (PS: they only replaced the rice as we're eventually stuck with eating the cold chicken and...
Read moreWe ordered takeout for dinner. It was understandable that it would take some time since there were a lot of customers, and the cashier even gave us a specific waiting time—which I appreciated because she managed customer expectations well.
When we received our food, I immediately asked for chicken oil. She quickly responded, “Yes ma’am, meron na po.” I thanked her and also asked for some sili and calamansi. She brought them over, and just to be sure, I asked again, “Ma’am, sure po na may chicken oil ah?” She confidently replied, “Yes po, meron po.” I thanked her again.
But when we got home—wala pala. I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal with chicken oil. Let’s be honest, one of the best Mang Inasal combos is chicken + rice with chicken oil. I just hope they can communicate this...
Read moreVery bad service from this gay staff Joshua who is on duty tonight, January 9, 2019, Wednesday, around 9pm. I asked for my condiments and he rudely gave me siya sauce, failing to give me soup and vinegar. The time he is serving soup and asked him to give me, he skipped me. Another staff completed my needs. The time he is serving rice and asked him to give me, he skipped me. Another time I asked for rice, he tends to ignore me. When one customer needed vinegar, he got the bottle I'm still using without asking if I'm done. Upon calling his attention for a soup, he raised his voice with 'saglit lang ha' and never returned back. Such person needs some reinforcement or else the entire Mang Inasal branch would be affected because of his...
