The food at this Thai restaurant is disappointing and not authentic. I brought a friend here who was excited to taste more Thai food, and I was excited to introduce him to Thai cuisine. However, the food did not represent what Thai food is really like. The biggest turnoff was that the food was cold, dry, and not fresh. It was also too sweet. The service was also not good enough. Here are my specific thoughts on each dish: Som tam: The som tam was messy to eat and came in a small plate with crispy rice noodles on top. The flavor profile was there, but it lacked umami. Tom yum: The tom yum had all three major flavors of lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime, but it lacked the fresh punch. I think this might be because they used dried herbs. Appetizer platter: The appetizer platter was too dry and oily. Satay platter: The satay platter was cold, dry, and tasteless. The only saving grace was the peanut sauce. Khao Khluk kapi (bagoong rice): The khao khluk kapi (bagoong rice) lacked color, taste, and had a bad texture. It should not be served on a bowl. Rather, it should be served on a large plate so that all of the elements are distinguishable. Mango sticky rice: The mango sticky rice was too sweet and lacked the essential elements that make it a delicious dessert, such as crispy rice, sesame seeds, and mung beans. It also lacked the semi-salty kick that balances out the sweetness. The rice was also too mushy. Thai milk tea: The Thai milk tea was too sweet and lacked the bitterness from the tea. As someone who has lived in Thailand for almost a month, I feel that I have the right to be critical of this restaurant. The food needs major improvement. The restaurant should go back to the basics of Thai cuisine and focus on using fresh ingredients. The service also needs major improvement. When I entered the restaurant, no one greeted me. It was obvious that I was looking for a seat, but the server who was near the entrance did not bother to ask if I needed assistance. I hope that the restaurant will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements. Thai food is a delicious and popular cuisine, and it deserves to be represented well.

šŸ½ļøFood 4.5/5 Food may not taste the most authentic but it was still great šŸ‘ Sulit for the price. The size portions are for sharing. I would say 1 main is for at least 2 people so, at the end, we ended up having most of our orders taken out. Standout Dishes: Pork Ribs, Satay Platter and Mango Sticky Rice Dishes to Work on: Pineapple Fried Rice (too buttery and lacks flavor) šŸ’šŸ½ā€ā™€ļøService 4.5/5 Service was pretty great. They were attentive and quick to respond. Their response though wasnt always correct. I asked for hot water refill — they got my glass but never returned with my refill. I asked for hot water again but they gave me cold water. Although you can take my comment with a grain of salt as they were fully booked that day. There was a function happening upstairs and they were fully booked for restaurant service itself. 🚪 Design Layout 4.5/5 Very clean and spacious. My only comment would be the doors they use for the bathroom. I dislike the fact it’s not a handle or knob. It’s very misleading since it’s an one cubicle restroom per gender. āœ… Overall; TLDR 4.5/5 Solid food especially with the portions. Service was overall great with minor issues. Design layout was cute but could still be improve Plus points: The restaurant has 2nd floor where you can hold events with over 60 people. There’s even a balcony.

This restaurant offer affordable Thai dishes. The pad thai is not too salty and perfectly seasoned with the right amount of tamarind flavor. The beansprouts and peanuts add a good crunch. The pandan chicken is very tender and goes well with the sweet sauce. The shrimp paste fried rice (which i thought is bagoong rice) is also good and the slices of mango gives it a nice hint of sourness. The spring rolls are similar to our native lumpiang gulay but the sweet chili sauce makes it unique. However, the pork satay is too tough for my jaw. But the chicken and shrimp satay are nicely cooked and went well with the spiced vinegar and peanut sauce (which i think has curry?). I think the chicken satay is the best in the sampler. The lemon lemongrass juice is too sour, i wish they could make it a bit sweeter. Price to food quality and service is superb and worth-it. The restrooms are clean and comfy and they have toilet paper rolls (which you don’t see everyday in some restaurants). If you’re craving for affordable Thai food with good amenities, this is one of the best places to go. Would love to go back to have another serving of Pad thai and try their mango sticky rice.

Ambiance is decent. Service was nice. Food almost tasted good until a bloody pink chicken arrived. I asked one of the servers if it is safe to eat and they tried to convince me that it is what you call medium rare. I didn't want to come off as some know-it-all, "foodie snob" that's why I'd rather ask a question than to say that there is something wrong with the food. I wanted to give them time to admit that there was a problem with how the chicken was served. Instead, they told me that it is medium rare. Good thing the server made me comfortable enough to ask them to grill it again. As far as I know, chicken is either cooked, undercooked, overcooked, or raw.

I hope they don't cook their other chicken dishes "medium rare" as it it can be a health hazard. I already asked some of my culinary friends if chicken dishes can be cooked medium rare. They confirmed that chicken should be cooked well to avoid getting sick from it. Maybe the server got confused. But either way, it is a risky mistake as it concerns customer health.

Here are my recommended dishes:

🫱 Catfish salad 🫱 Spring rolls 🫱 Pad See Ew (The beef was tough. I wonder why the chicken came "medium rare".)

I don't recommend people with shellfish allergies to eat here. There are few options for food without shrimp.

Parking is limited, but someone...
