My friend and I had lunch at Lydia's Lechon - Timog last Friday, November 22nd. Right after our orders were taken, they immediately asked for our payment. My friend paid at the cashier with his card. We enjoyed the food, to be honest. We even had extra rice and paid it immediately in cash. When we left, just a few steps down the stairs, one of the store personnel called us. The cashier said we haven't paid yet. We only paid for the additional rice we ordered. We told them we did, but, they insisted that the bill was not settled. My friend, already furious, looked for the receipt. Then, the lady who took our orders went to the cashier and told her we already paid. The cashier was not even sorry. She may have apologized, but, not sincere. This was a very bad experience. Accusing a customer of not paying their bill when they already did is definitely a very big mistake and is unacceptable.

Good food! We ordered Fresh Lumpia, Sinigang na Salmon, Lechon Sisig and Lechon Kare-Kare bento box and as you can see, CLEAN PLATES 🎉 The staff are really accommodating and friendly. Will definitely dine here again when we do!
EDIT TO ADD: UPDATE your menu please! August 10, 2025
Good food still! Ordered Lechon, Sisig and Fresh Lumpia. One particular thing to note, we ordered their Fresh Lumpia Tray. On the menu it said there will be 15 pieces. Opted to have 8 servings out of 15 be served and the rest to be packed for takeout. Got home, opened the paper bag, only to count 4 left instead of 7. Calling the number they provide leads to nothing as it kept saying that the number is unavailable. For future reference, use their landline. Raised the concern, only received apologies and that due to changes, they only serve that with 12pcs instead of 15. We paid for and expected 15pcs but wasn't given solutions or compensation whatsoever. We'll just let that go. But please, UPDATE your menu...
Read moreFood was good, although for a brand like Lydia's, it could be subpar. Tastes like they had too much seasoning. Their pinakbet could use some more cooking as the vegetables were hard; possibly raw. Fresh buko juice tastes like it was stored there for days now; it was sour. The crew was all over the place; needs to have proper training when serving food. One waitress spilled one of the drinks, and they weren't alert enough for taking orders or billing out; a few of their menus were scattered on the floor. The waitress didn't even bother to wipe it clean before returning it to its holder. Considering it was a small space, it's hard to call their attention. They could also use a small office to take calls since it gave off the impression that they were too busy to handle...
