This hotel is a quarantine hotel in Manila. First let's talk about the price. Basically your in a room for 5 to 10 days and I saved alot of money staying here. You will have no access to any facilities because of the quarantine here. Their is no need to spend any extra money for services you can't use. My room is on the seventh floor overlooking Quezon City in Manila. It is very clean and enough room to exercise in. Items that need to be refrigerated are kept securely in the hotel and available apon request. You can also request hot water here for your own coffee or tea. I brought my own kettle to heat up coffee, cup-a-soup, and Oatmeal which I brought with me from Canada. The food service is a great option, you have a choice of so many restaurants. Recommend bringing local currency or installing a apt like Food Panda to get your meals. Air-conditioned is modern and quiet. Nice clean double bed has a newer mattress, very clean. Four new pillows makes it a nice sleep. Decent TV in the room with a good veration of cultures and channels too chose from. The walls between the rooms are a little thin, luckily i have a good nabour lol. The hot water need to be turned on on arrival for the shower. Rain shower head works well enough, sometime water pressure is a little low. Bathroom is modern and clean. Bottle water is supplied apon request. What I'm most impressed with how friendly are the staff here. A shout out to the front desk, they help me out tremendously getting my meals. Another special shout out to Brian here at Go Hotel... Thank you sir for your detection customer delight.

“Go Hotels Timog” Staff was nice and friendly however, they seem to have trouble locating our reservation and even borrowed my phone to check every detail of it. It seems to me they're not coordinated well with the Reservation Team. The bed was good with aircon working properly. The room also includes a television. For toiletries, they only provide tissue, towel and hand soap. This is expected given the price you pay for. The toilet and shower is separated. The Toilet is clean however, the Shower area needs improvement. We're unable to use it because it has a pee like odor. The walls also looked a bit untidy. We did not bother to ask for cleaning since it's just an overnight stay for business purposes and we would be checking in at another hotel after. The hotel is somehow a bit outdated for me so even better if they do some repaint and remodeling. The room doesn't have table for you to properly eat though it has a pullout desk that also works as a cabinet. There's only one stool and it's not good for long sitting. I would recommend the place for those who plan to pass the night only.

This is probably the worst GoHotels location I’ve ever been to. Their staff do not smile (from the guards to the front desk) the receptionist/s were very transactional, the lady who I reported the cockroach didn’t even apologize and didn’t offer a solution until I asked for a room change - it’s like a common thing for her to see/hear, that she didn’t even react or move a muscle when she saw the roach. The heating in the shower didn’t work. The shower had a foul stench coming from the drain that didn’t go away. The remote controls for the TV and AC were stinky and oily, probably from the last guests, and were not cleaned. The only reason I chose this hotel is because of its prime location, but I WILL NEVER GO BACK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

As a concertgoer, this is our "go-to hotel," appreciating the budget-friendly rates and convenience. On August 22, 2024, we reserved connecting rooms for early check-in because we're travelling from Bicol, which is 10 hours away, to Manila, so we anticipated what time we'll be arriving. We prepared EVERYTHING in order after the "blood bath" ticketing (we spent more than 2 hours just to secure our desired seats). Upon arriving at 8 a.m., we were advised that there were no available rooms. This rendered our early check-in reservation essentially useless. We were understanding initially and left our belongings to explore the area, hoping that rooms would be ready by noon. To our dismay, no rooms were available by noon or by the standard check-in time of 2:00 PM. Had talked with the reservation officer, then passed on to the manager, NO APOLOGY AT ALL. Even from the front desk receptionists, THEY ARE ALL HIGH AND MIGHTY. We checked in by 3 p.m., and the concert is at 6 p.m. This situation caused considerable inconvenience, as we had planned to rest and prepare for an important event later that evening. WE MISSED 3 SONGS!!!!!!!!!! and the struggle we went through going to the venue, we let ourselves be poured on by the rain and the traffic; we even ran as if it were a life-or-death situation (well, likely) just not to miss anything from the concert. BUT WE MISSED THE FIRST 3 SONGS!!!! This experience not only wasted our time, money, and effort but also marred what was supposed to be an enjoyable and memorable...

This is the worst Go hotels branch I ever stayed in. Upon arrival, receptionists are busy doing unnecessary personal stuffs instead attending to guest. I need to knock down the counter in order to get in touc with them. Unproffesional and not so trained receptionists are all here in this branch. Rooms are okay and smell new knowing it just opened recently. All of their rooms got windows. However there is no view rather than building walls. Going back again with front desk, too slow attending to guest requests. Took me 5 minutes on the phone in order to speak with the reception.

Beware with around 10am to 10:30am. Someone will call you to ask to checkout at 11am. What the hell, we all know that checkout of GO HOTELS is 11 am. Written on the keycard, at the back of the guest room door, website as well. It is okay to call but should say in a nice way. I felt that they wanted me to checkout by that time.

Friendly reminder to other backpackers and travellers, there's a lot of hotel in the area to choose from. But if you still want with Go Hotels, there are other nearby branches rather than then. Rethink before booking to this branch of Go Hotels.

Suggestion: Be sensitive enough to your guests. Treat them as excellent as possible. Give the true meaning of Hospitality and what GO HOTELS brand has in terms of hospitality...

Thanks. (Sorry for the long...
