Simply a monument remembering Boy Scouts with a priest died in the line of duty. The clue: All names of the streets from Brgy. Sacred Heart, South Triangle, Laging Handa are named from the boy scouts in the statue (e.g. Scout Limbaga, Fuentebella, Chuatoco, Gandia, de Guia, Ybardolaza, etc). The Memorial Circle stands as a roundabout (Rotonda): To the North: Mother Ignacia St (directly to ABS-CBN Station) West: To Quezon Avenue South: To Kamuning Avenue East: To EDSA The rotonda crosses the Tomas Morato St (North to South) and Timog Avenue (East to West).
