This is also a Pokemon Go Ex Raid Gym.

The monument is also a popular spot for protesting and rallies. Most of the protests were done on Friday afternoons. It doesn't experience heavy traffic except whenever there are heavy rains. In which case, traffic extends up to EDSA.
