Peri-peri was our go-to restaurant where we dine in almost once a week (UP Town Center and Eastwood branches). Food is generally good. Their peri chicken, aglio olio, salad, jalapeno fries are our favorites. Although they need to improve on the consistency as sometimes the fries have no enough jalapeno powder, the pasta can sometimes be overcooked, or the salad on Healthy Plates has the wrong dressing.
But recently, we have been very disappointed with their service crew. Hence the low ratings. The crews always turned their backs on the customers, and we have to wait very long or sometimes, raise our voice to get their attention. And no, they are not attending to other customers nor prepping food, but just two or three staff facing the register monitor.
Before entering, you would literally have to wait for several minutes out front and no one will greet you to show you to a table or even say that they are already closed for the day. You have to be the one to get in and ask for attention.
When seated, you would notice dirt on the table and/or seat and/or floor.
When ordering, they will inform you that the wait time is 30 mins for chicken at 8PM when the mall closes at 10pm, with tables not even half full.
When food is served, they no longer ask your preferred sauce.
When paying, bill or receipt wait time is too long.
Despite these all, weâve kept coming back and tried to ignore it all because Peri-periâ food is our favorite. But the repeated disappointments over the recent months have turned our sweet...
Read moreWorst peri-peri branch in the Metro! Order of a quarter chicken and pasta took almost an hour to complete!! We ordered tonight at 7:13, place is not that jam-packed and there were a lot of empty tables but after 40 mins and multiple follow ups, it still wasnât complete (see timestamp at 7:55). There are a lot of staff waiting and just roaming around but the place is disorganized and the kitchen is rowdy. Even the servers are grumpy, the food tasted good as usual but when served with a suspiciously rude staff, it becomes unappetizing.
Hope Management can do something about this, we love your other branches like sm marikina so PLEASE, PLEASE have some of your staff undergo mandatory GMRC and time-management skills training. This simple gesture will heavily impact the overall reputation of the Company, thus, boosting sales.
We stil love peri-peri, just not...
Read morefood is satisfying and filling, simple and good for the price. place is small, but staff accommodates well but i feel it varies from the various times iâve visited but itâs not bad
their peri peri chicken is as expected. still like their cajun sauce best. they used to serve it on three-part saucers, but now itâs self service probably so you can pick your own sauce. good strategy actually as not everyone likes the 3 sauces they gave by default previously.
itâs one of those affordable places to eat in eastwood, where you wanna hit your daily protein goal with their grilled chicken or pork ribs. their selection is relatively okay as well to get for a post-workout meal from the many gyms in eastwood
great please for friends or family, they have okay deals too with supercard being under the same group of companies...
