Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Quezon City

We had just placed our order when suddenly a commotion broke out — a woman in a gray shirt was yelling at a woman in a red shirt who was at the cashier. From how it looked, the gray-shirted woman seemed to be of higher rank. Honestly, I don’t understand why such matters had to be addressed through shouting, especially when the rest of the diners were quietly enjoying their meals.

As a manager, I believe communication should be done respectfully and professionally, more so in a public setting like a restaurant. It was uncomfortable to witness, and I hope management can address concerns in a manner that upholds the dining experience of the customers and the dignity of the staff.

Hence, the 1-star rating...

Shakey's is one of our favorite pizza parlor. We like this new branch. From small to a really big one with spacious parking area. And a separate R&B kiosk too. Downside was the strategy of the crew for the customers to avail the promo with free supercard. To the point that they would hide other promos fit for existing supercardholders. They would insist the promo which is good for 5 to 6 even if we're just 3. We fell for it the first time but not again. On our 2nd visit, same strategy but declined their offer and showed them a pic of what we want to order. Coz the menu that they gave was not the usual menu. It was a laminated 1 page menu. the place is good, have big and spacious parking unlike their first place. they also have more spaces for dine in also they have have tables outside for people who likes to smoke. but they don't allow kids inside the establishment they are only okay to dine in outside but the kids should stay inside the car and eat there. the food is not the same before maybe because the raw ingredients are expensivve right now but some are still the same like chicken and mojos. but overall 4 over 5...
