Located within Ayala Malls Cloverleaf, there is parking. The food selection is OK and they do refill at a decent pace. There’s just the nachos corner where there never seems to be something in it and when I tried asking the person behind counter about cheese quesadilla, he told me he’s still cooking it and that’s that. I asked if he could make one for me and I will come back for it but he pretended to not hear me. I wasn’t in the mood to be snappish so I just let it be. They’ve got a lot sweets and the cake station is awesome. My youngest child also liked the candy station and we loved the Wheat Grass juice. I like that that have iced coffee as well. Also, the spacing inside can be crowded like tables are too close to each other and space to walk is very narrow. I guess it’s good to go there at less busier times of the day but dinner - it gets crowded. They do have their own bathrooms and it’s says they sanitize every 30 minutes. I’m not so sure about that because when I went there, the trash bins are overflowing with tissue. I suppose throwing out the trash is different from sanitizing but what is the point when trash bins are overflowing with tissue? I like their staff though, I’m the sense that the bus boys are great in collecting emptied plates and glasses to free space on your table. They are also helpful in as far as showing you where to find utensils, where the beverage station is, etc. Tip: download eatigo. When the stars align and you just happen to want to try out a restaurant and they’re on eatigo - you can get an awesome discount!

Decided to celebrate my birthday here since we’ve never been to a luxury buffet before plus they have a birthday promo. Booked a reversion via text message for dinner. When we came in there wasn’t too many people. Only section with a queue was the steak so that’s what I went for first. The steak was not served on sizzling plate as we’ve seen on videos online, instead sa plate na lang sya ilalagay. I got the baka steak and to be honest it was not worth raving about. It wasn’t that tender plus it tasted bland even with the sauce, I think kulang sya sa salt. After 1 serving hindi na ako kumaha ulit. I enjoyed their pizza and pesto pasta which was good. Sa Italian section I think they only serve one kind of pizza at a time kasi nung bumalik ako ibang pizza na yung sinerve nila tho they will replenish the pasta. I got the lechon kawali tho it was mostly fat with little meat on it but it was hot and crispy. Cocktail is good. I really enjoyed their coffee here. It was good. Much better than SB. My mother got their salmon sashimi and said they were not of good quality so I guess try it on your own. Masarap din yung puto bumbong. Place is quite small and food choices are not overwhelming. I suggest you sit near the food section para less walking. What we didn’t like is the ambiance, found it a little too dark. Overall maraming masarap na food, especially mga lutong ulam. Kung dito ka magce-celebrate ng birthday sulit na. Unlimited food at wala pang huhugasan 😁

The Alley by Vikings in Cloverleaf offers a unique dining experience, but I don't think it's quite worth the price. The restaurant has an interesting theme where you eat between "alleys" of different cuisines like Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, and American. However, because of the layout, it's often very crowded, and there are always queues just to get the dishes you want. The atmosphere can feel a bit chaotic, with people eager to grab food, making it difficult to enjoy your meal in peace. The food selection caters mostly to the Filipino palate, and while you'll likely find something you enjoy, most of the offerings are fairly standard for a buffet. There wasn't anything particularly exceptional that would make me want to return again and again; it felt more like I was eating just to justify the price we paid. We arrived an hour before the buffet started at 5:30 PM and managed to get a queue number for walk-ins. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance if you want a more comfortable seating arrangement and a better chance at grabbing freshly prepared food. They allow you to dine until 10 PM, which is nice if you don't like feeling rushed. They also accept credit cards, which is convenient. In summary, while The Alley by Vikings has its unique charm, I don't think it justifies the cost. It might be worth a try if you're curious, but I wouldn't consider it a must-visit.

Most of the services and crews are very appealing and approachable. But there’s one crew that is very rude. I didnt get his name. I asked to change the plate and utensils and the glass we had which was completely done. He then get the bowl and poured the remaining soup on the placemat where I was literally eating. He only took the bowl and left the used, dirty utensils (which was on the bowl) and glass on my placemat (where he poured the soup). I was so shocked by that behaviour. I have been nice to the crews and I even fetched some of the used plates and utensils most of the times to lessen their workloads. But imposing that kind of attitude just surprises me. Who would want that? As a resolution, I just asked another crew (a woman) to help me change the wet placemat and to take the used utensils. I commend the patience and dedication of each crew working here. But that one worker was just so rude. I didn’t wanna call the manager as I don’t want much attention on me. But I just hope upon reading this, they should be aware of their attitude in the future. Your job is tiring but at least please be nice and have some courtesy, thank you. He’s a tall guy around 5’4” and an average body. (Please see attached photo) A lot of people recommending me this restaurant but Id rather share my experiences to them as well.

Yesterday, June 4, 2023 me, my partner and my brother with his wife celebrated my birthday at the alley cloverleaf branch. Yearly, we always celebrate our birthdays at Vikings and the alley and yesterday was not a good experience. The reservation is fully booked so we are on the waiting list. 1. 1. Personnel is not that friendly. Not as friendly with other branches, especially those peeps who serve salmon. I am disappointed when my brother told me that salmon peep gives him dismay look when he always goes back multiple times for a refill. 😲 They are fully booked that night so they should anticipate the preparation beforehand. 2. The music is so loud that we scream, even if we are seated next to each other. It should be a celebration and not a concert vibe. 3. I also don't experience the part when personnel sing to each table. Well, I know it is not necessary, but it's a plus for me. As it's just once a year for me to be serenaded, so it's a minus for me. Overall, I guess we are not going back The Alley cloverleaf for our celebrations. 😑

Okay for its price and food choices. ✅ - Just Steak A Minute: carving/sizzling section— roast beef and lamb are the best!!! Gravy was tasty too! - Seafood cajun - Baked oysters - Beef Rendang - Chicharon Bulaklak - Juice section: watermelon and pineapple carrot were refreshing - Puto bumbong - Cozy ambience - Quick in clearing the tables - Friendly, efficient, and accommodating staff ❌ - 好吃 section was not 好吃 (dimsums were not good) - Korean section: we didn’t like the chicken and japchae - Japanese section: so stingy for tempura - Lost & Pound section: burgers, quesadillas, and shawarma were already cold - Italian section: few varieties - Nord’s Coffee Bar: waited so long for a cup of cappuccino - Cakes were 😶
