I've been here before years back. At the time, you can only order from their breakfast menu. Now on my second visit, I'm very pleased that their entire menu is available the entire day 😃 You can even order from their Merienda Menu (available 2pm-5pm) at 8am, subject to availability of course. You know me, from my previous posts that I'm quite partial to establishments that can serve their entire menu at anytime of the day šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ˜ The wait staff are fast and very accommodating. The demeanor they exude is I'm here to be of service so don't hesitate to ask anything. It's like your talking to your old buddy kind of vibe. Very friendly and cheerful. An example how attentive they are? My mom accidentally dropped her table napkin and before we can even ask for a new one, a female staff was already handing my mom a new one šŸ˜„šŸ‘ We weren't the only table at the time. I think there were at least three and each table had at least five or more guests. You can park on the street and there is a guard who will guide you. The place was an old home converted into a restaurant. The interiors retained some of old home parts. In fact every part of the place is picture worthy and you'll see a lot of guests walking around the place like they're visiting a museum. Be careful of what you order because each order can easily feed three to five. I didn't even get to order my Halo Halo because I was too stuffed. An order of a slice of their cakes can be shared by three. Each dish was tasty and well made. I definitely have to try more of their dishes on my next visit and hopefully I'll be able to order my Halo Halo. You can also go shopping. They sell some bread and pastries. They have bottled sardines and atchara. They also have some nuts and other munchies.

Went here earlier with my partner and mother-in-law for late lunch. We always loved the food here. When we arrived at 1:30pm, the ambiance was peaceful as usual, just the way we like it. Their security guard assisted us with the parking and Clark the server was very friendly and attentive. Their food is always good! It never disappoints. However, we were upset when they told us they can’t separate the igado sauce from the pork anymore (photo attached was from our previous visit). We totally understand the chef’s policy. I don’t usually give low ratings but I’m really disappointed with the other server who bust out our plates, the way he took our plates is really irresponsible. He ended up spilling a lot of vinegar in my louis vuitton bag. I don’t want to name drop but his colleague, Clark, knows his name. The server also had ego when we called him out, on his defense, he’s just newly hired, he didn’t saw my bag placed in the seat. I would understand if he just say that he’s sorry since I know he won’t pay for the damage. So, they just randomly spill food/condiments at their chairs? I don’t understand. Additionally, what’s inside my bag is my Passport and Passbook since we’re heading to the bank after. Thank God, there’s no marks but it really smells! Is that how Victorino’s train their employees? It’s kinda upsetting that they have staff who lacks basic hospitality.

Serendipitously found a corner resto, planning for a quick snack of cake nd cold beverage... instead went for pansit musico-canton style but topped with bagnet crisp bits, fresh lumpia ubod or palm heart and poqui-poqui-roasted eggplant sauteed in creamy egg, shallots, tomato nd garlic. Lite lu nc topped off with really delicious ube macapuno cake. Resto generally serve Ilokos specialities, a cake shop and a niche for Ilokos textiles. Really a gem of a place. Part 2-went back for a proper lunch of laing, crispy pata, kare2, pinakbet and freedom rice. Meal preceded by combination appetizer of chicharon bulaklak and gambas! As expected all super delicious. The freedom rice was a surprise-salted ducks egg, scrambled egg, tinapa flakes, minced fresh tomatoes etc colorfully arranged over rice fried in garlic and onions. This time tried their scrumptious Sans Rival! Was in the vicinity and decided to have breakfast at lunch time. Ordered the vigan plate as mains and traditional chocolate cake for dessert washed down with hot black coffee. Wasnt disappointed with the vigan plate of 4 thick knobs of vinegary garlic fla ored pork chorizo, steaming hot garlic sinangag and perfectly prepared sunny side up. Chocolate cake was moist, just about right sweet and full on chocolate delight. Great meal to have before taking a siesta from high noon summer heat!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic Filipino restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, creating a delightful and inviting atmosphere.

The menu showcased a wide array of traditional Filipino dishes, each bursting with flavors that reminded me of my childhood. The chef's dedication to authenticity was evident in every bite. I had the opportunity to try classic favorites like adobo, sinigang, and lechon, and they were prepared with perfection. The meats were tender, the spices well-balanced, and the presentation was a feast for the eyes.

The highlight of my dining experience was the Kare-Kare. The rich, peanut-based sauce complemented the tender oxtail and vegetables perfectly. It was an absolute delight that transported me back to my grandmother's kitchen. The attention to detail and commitment to preserving the true essence of Filipino cuisine were commendable.

The service was impeccable throughout my visit. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their culture and cuisine. They happily answered all my questions and provided recommendations based on my preferences. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home.

The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, adorned with tasteful Filipino-inspired decor. The pleasant music playing in the background added to the overall relaxed atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy a leisurely meal with friends and family, savoring each dish and creating lasting memories.

Lastly, I want to commend the restaurant's commitment to sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was evident in every bite that they take pride in serving dishes made with love and care. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable, considering the quality of the food and the overall dining experience.

If you're in search of an authentic Filipino culinary adventure, this restaurant is an absolute gem. The combination of mouthwatering dishes, excellent service, and welcoming ambiance make it deserving of a five-star rating. I can't wait to return and indulge in their delicious...

Atrocious management, inexcusable even on a busy occasion (dinner, 14 Feb. 2023).

no maƮtre d' to greet us at the entrance; took almost 5-10 minutes until one of the clearly overworked waiters noticed us eagerly waiting to be seated, and take note there was no queue at the door.

This basically set the tone for what was going to be a less than mediocre evening.

overworked, exploited waiters: the waiter who served our table had to squint his eyes just to read the order I’ve written down. Clearly, no proper healthcare benefits for them.

they didn’t bother to put away the eyesore of a large audio speaker that was hovering inches away from our table in what was probably their events room, which basically ruined the background for a photo op.

I had to ask for an extra cup of rice multiple times (thrice) from three different waiters. 15-20 minutes consisting of series of waiters approaching my raised hand just to follow up on that one item

the drinks, which I clearly instructed to be served with meals, didn’t arrive with the meals at all. If I didn’t follow up on a different clueless waiter, they wouldn’t have come.

for the price, the entree’s serving sizes were disappointing considering their decent taste.

The interior design was mediocre at best. Barely any cohesion with the rooms and table arrangements, which gave you that pretentious vibe. The exterior was good, though.

All of this is on the management, none of the blame goes for the overworked staff, I can see they did their best with the resources that...
