Basing on standards of Bonchon, the food is good. The staff are quite courteous and pleasant as they will always give you a smile. It's just that i have experienced that the place is a little bit untidy and no one is really taking initiative to clean or mop the floor and wipe the sticky tables. But i will still give it a 5. It's because i love bonchon. :)

The sweet and tangy-ish taste of the Korean coated-chicken is what I love here. Some stores though have dry chicken meat and so I would eat just the coated skin instead and it makes me full already. Current promo - you get a tumbler or a notebook with a minimum purchase of 800php. Won a notebook last time. 😂

40mins and counting before getting the order just for Ala Carte 6 pcs chicken and 2pcs Bingsu for a takeout. Seems that the orders are not following FIFO. We've noticed we're ahead who've ordered to some who've ordered chicken too but they're able to get it ahead of us and already almost finishing dining in. This is the worst Bonchon branch we've ever been to. Staffs are not even accommodating. At the counter, they said that waiting time is only for 20-25mins. Will never ever come back here! Not recommended at all. If only there's a ZER0 for a service. This should reach to Bonchon Management!

this is somehow a good place to dine in, but one of your cashier crew didn't even entertain me, I was standing in front of her for almost 20 mins waiting for her to ask for my orders but instead she just stared at me then leave the counter without even letting me know wether she'll be back or ask her colleague to assist me. I hold my temper cz I once work as a customer rep but she is absolutely ridiculous and worth to be fired. tbh.

Bad experience re a crew who keeps on urging us to go to tables and chairs that are dirty. Those are also near other people who are already eating. The reason is that the clean table where we are already seated will be sanitized. Like why should she clean first those dirty tables and chairs. Just decided to take out our food.

We ate during Saturday Dinner time and it took around 15-20 minutes for the food to get served. Not bad, considering the place was packed. Other than that, food was delicious. Although the place could use a bit of cleaning.
