me and my son go to Robinsons Place Antipolo and decided to take our lunch in KFC Robinson Place Antipolo Branch we ordered 1 piece chicken and the Sisig Rice bowls.. after the staff MIKA took our order and we have waited patiently and since almost 5 customers have been served and have their ordered too i just asked politely what happen to our order since it took a while already and we do not know the status of our order and the staff gave me a grumpy face and told me rudely that the sisig rice bowls will took a while well i said you havent told me that so i dnt knw what happen to my order thats why im asking.. and she was angrily prepared our order throwing all thinhs in the tray and almost throw the tray on me and ask me do you need anything else miss??? Well, this is not acceptable bec we choose to dine in your restaurant and this is not we expected customer service to get.. and being Rude staff to your customers is unappropriate knowing we are the reasons why you are here why you are getting your salaries so, we should be treated nicely as we should get the same value and quality of food and cuatomer service we have payed for.. so i guess, KFC Robinsons Place Antipolo that your staff MIKA still need an intensive Customer Service Training.. not recommended👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻...
Read moreCustomer service is not acceptable. Cashier has prioritized reconciliation of sales rather than taking orders from customers. It was my turn on the line, no word from her whatsoever. Just ignore me while doing her reconciliation. Also, paying via online is not linked to their cash register, thus, they will manually write the reference number before they can print the receipt. This is definitely not a fast food restaurant that you should consider. BTW, grab guys have long queue lines because of the quality of their service.
