Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Circumferential, Antipolo — Restaurant in Rizal

Went with my family. 8 of us. Waited patiently for sooooo many things. Asked for ice cubes for our drinks, 4 times. They took 20 mins to arrive. Asked for water. Took another 20 mins and several reminders to arrive. Asked for napkins. Waited for ten minutes and gave up and went to the counter to get them myself. All food arrived eventually, bar my meal. I had ordered the good burger. A different burger arrived than the one I ordered. So I kindly asked for it to be replaced and corrected. I waited another 30 mins. Meanwhile the rest of my family had finished all their food and were ready to leave. My burger finally arrived and when I touched it, it was cold. I opened the bun and found that the patty was completely frozen. I went to the counter to show them. They said they would "put it in the microwave. I obviously declined the offer. So yeah, waited over an hour and didn't get to eat any food. I ordered Army Navy to be delivered to my house. Much better idea, won't make the mistake of going to shakey's again. The staff were apologetic and kind and the manager took my order off the bill at the end. But unfortunately it didn't make up for the countless mistakes and lack of basic service expected in a restaurant. I can deal with little errors and waiting for things. But frozen patties is just dangerous to serve to people. Glad I didn't take a bite.

I arrived at around 230pm and promptly ordered Banana Split but later,was approached by the one in charge I think and asked me if I was willing to wait for 20 mins or so since they have no bananas and oone had to buy yet. I said I could not wait and ordered a simple ice cream on a cup instead. I was thinking they would send someone to buy already some bananas so that other coming customers later on would be spared from frustration. Unfortunately,when my wife and daughter arrived after their transaction at the bank beside this Shakey's Circumferential Rd branch, they ordered Banana Split! They came around 30 mins after I ordered. I was so frustrated when the waiter informed us that they still did'nt have bananas! So nothing was done to the earlier situation! So simple - bananas for one of the items listed on their menu order board! Not even a notice on the menu that Banana Split was not available! Surely this Shakey's branch is very poorly managed.
