I ordered a ribeye steak, requested medium rare, and while the presentation looked appetizing, the actual cooking was inconsistent—half the steak was well-done and the other half was rare. It was clear they didn’t cook it properly, so I ended up not finishing it.

Service: When ordering, they mentioned they only had powdered juice available. I opted for bottled water instead, but they refused to give me a refund, claiming the manager wasn’t available to authorize it—even though I had just ordered and they hadn’t started preparing the drinks. This lack of flexibility forced customers to adjust rather than simply allowing a quick order change, which felt like poor customer service.
