Hi Metrobean.

I would like to express my disappointment with your service AS ALWAYS every time I decide to eat at your place.

First, the serving time is so long that we can't even enjoy and savor the food. Whenever we dine here, we need to wait 15-20 minutes and sometimes 30 minutes before the next batch of chicken serving. Second, we are 7 people eating and we ordered different flavored wings, so expectantly we thought that we would at least taste one chicken of each flavor but rather, they served us 2-3 chicken wings each per flavor. How would you expect us to eat the flavors we wanted. Third, the quality of the chicken we had earlier was not giving. It was very chewy when supposedly it should be at least crispy right?? I can still taste the raw breading itself and most importantly, the wings was not cleaned and prepared very well as it still has feathers on it. Lastly, customer service. Yes, your staff tends to our concerns but they are not friendly unlike the staff from other chicken wings place we went to. They don't seem approachable and they look irritable when we were asking to have a refill.

I am constantly disappointed and I am not recommending metrobean as a good chicken wings place especially when you decided to remove water dispensers before. Like metrobean was the first food restaurant who removed water but it serves unli food?? Well, thanks for putting it back again, lol.

To summarize things up, my experiences with metrobean are not commendable and not recommendable. I am not pleased at all...

I tried their Super Loaded Unli and here's what I have to say:

Salad: Dressing is quite ok. A bit sweeter than what I was used to but still ok. The greens were fresh. Carrots fresh and sweet. Cucumber fresh.

Pasta had big servings and saucy. White sauce was very tasty. Had mushroom and fish.

Chicken Wings: Ok flavor. Meat needs a bit more brining Garlic parm good Buffalo good Honey sriracha good Mango Habanero was very tender and juicy

They served me meatballs because shanghai wasnt availabke yet. Meatballs good. Not too salty. Big meat chunks amd not too ground which makes an excellent texture

Shanghai same texture as meatballs but more seasoned.

Iced tea is also good. It tasted like it had some lemongrass which I really liked.

Staff and managers are very attentive to your needs.

The restaurant had a classic diner vibe, which made it a great place to have a meal with friends and family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they took our orders with ease. Most of the flavored chicken dishes were delicious, and I would say that this is the best unli wings restaurant I have tried so far. However, the sour cream wasn't the best. I highly recommend trying all the different flavors, as it is definitely worth the money. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and I will definitely be going back...
