The kiosk did not have "no drinks" or regular drink orders for the siopao order (not sure about the rest) which forces you to upgrade to medium.
The staff were not accomodating, even went as far as frowning on us. I get it, we all have bad days but if you can't hide your emotions on a hospitality job, wear a face mask at the very least to tone down the attitude. Frowning, didn't ask fot confirmation, if we didn't check the screens, they would have gotten the order wrong five times.
The order came quick but parts of the order was missing. If we didn't bother to check, we would have come home with a missing meal. Furthermore, the wonton soup wasn't taped so even with minor movements, the contents spilled.

The crews are looking at us at a very intimidating manner. They don't know how to respect customers. The cups with cokes has an oily fats or "sebo". Read moreI don’t usually give a rate of 1 star but they really deserve it. Their crews are not hospitable. They serve incomplete meals (you need to follow up everything to them). Their employee keep on staring and chatting with each other when they can’t even serve a simple glass of water on time. I have read some other comments here and they also experienced the same as we did. Their glasses of water are not clean(oily glass and water seems not clean).
